Great deal on a new cummins! Rich Serrano was very easy to work with. I called the dealership about a truck in interest. We were able to negotiate a very fair price over the phone Rich Serrano was very easy to work with. I called the dealership about a truck in interest. We were able to negotiate a very fair price over the phone and complete the finance rate with payment over the phone. The next day I was able to complete the paperwork and leave the dealership in less than 1 hour. Great experience overall. More

Super smooth Dustin made Buying truck super easy I was just there to grab a brochure and Dustin came up to me to assist me I told him I was just looking at a brochure , He told me no worries had me come sit at his desk we went over my needs and wants and i was so blown away by how easy it was to talk to him . So I left and talked to my wife and the next day we went back in my wife loved the experience and said this will probably be the last truck we buy and told me we should move forward and purchase the vehicle . T he best part was Dustin wasn't trying to sell us the most expensive truck we told him our needs and he pulled up the truck and it it fit us just right . Best part was after we were done and out of finance which Nate was so quick we actually stayed there for 20 minutes more just talking to Dustin and a couple other salesman about other stuff IT FELT LIKE HOME it was such a laid back experince . Thanks again Dustin we will see you again for my wifes car. More

I am not an easy customer to deal with and definitely picky, so I always have a few reservations I was absolutely blown away by Justin's performance! I am not an easy customer to deal with and definitely picky, so I always have a few reservations and my guard up when purchasing a new vehicle. When I contacted Christopher's Dodge, I was fortunate enough to speak with Justin and he right away put my mind at ease about car shopping. We discussed what my use would be for the vehicle, different options I wanted, vehicles within my budget, and financing options. Once we settled on a truck and finalized all the paperwork he personally delivered it to me and made sure that everything was perfect. CAUTION Extended warranty sales CAUTION Bought a used 2012 Dodge and it was sold with a used car warranty that was to expire in just over 7000 miles so they recommended a extended warranty a Bought a used 2012 Dodge and it was sold with a used car warranty that was to expire in just over 7000 miles so they recommended a extended warranty at a cost of $2500 from a company outside of Dodge and Mopar to go and additional 20000 miles. Well come to find out the vehicle had a warranty already on it good for 5 years from manufacturers date or 100000 miles. Plus on top of that our vehicle had an additional 2 years coverage past the manufacturers date for powertrain. Mopar is standing behind the warranty to repair faulty items and are working on possible reimbursement of a repair that we did not know was covered due to the extended company saying they were not covering it because we had a warranty up to 100000 and after calling the dealership I was told the warranty was expired so to me I had no coverage and no time for delay on repairs since this is my daily driver but I was not knowing about the Mopar warranty at this time for the extra years of coverage . No thanks to the dealership I was the one that dug around and spent days to find out about our vehicles actual warranty coverages since the dealership re-certified it but neglected to pass that warranty information along. Went back to the dealer and spoke with a sales manager R.R. and also briefly "the finance guy" which both said and I quote "We will contact you next week" . Well a month later and nothing , nobody called. Well next stop is the dealer board. I feel we did not need the aftermarket warranty and could have saved the money but we might be out the $2500 plus the interest for a not needed warranty on the loan but if we save someone else's money and they don't get it we accomplished something. Never going there again and not giving up on what we paid for but did not need. More
