I had a problem with my 2017 Jeep Renegade which I bought brand new in 2017. It wasn’t something that either I or the dealership had done (Renegade had a recall done October 16, 2019) and they fixed the pro brand new in 2017. It wasn’t something that either I or the dealership had done (Renegade had a recall done October 16, 2019) and they fixed the problem and of course my Renegade is under warranty so it was no out of pocket expense to me. I’m writing this review hoping it will get noticed because this is the absolute BEST SERVICE I have EVER received! This even goes when I’ve taken my Renegade in for an oil change at Chris Nikel. I bought the car there and have done all service there and they are the BEST! I want to add that Steven Bugelman and Abel Flores in the service department were so thorough and informative and treated me with such kindness. Sometimes being a woman in a mans world doesn’t turn out so good but, no, those two men are top notch. I highly recommend buying a car there and getting all service there. They treat you with the utmost respect and never make you feel like you are a bother. More

Went to Auto zone to have the light turned off for FREE ...chris nickel did not even address the light with me....have been telling everyone that I was very pleased with this dealership, not so much now.... Poor service department Took my car to the service department for a specific reason and they did do what they were charging me for. In the 5 days that they had my car however Took my car to the service department for a specific reason and they did do what they were charging me for. In the 5 days that they had my car however their mechanic noted another problem but they did not bother to tell me about the issue. My car broke down on my way home from their shop for that secondary reason. Had they have told me about the second problem I would have gladly paid for them to fix in the 5 days they had my car. When I spoke to the manager, he apologized and asked me to bring the car back for them to look at it to see what is wrong. I will not be taking the car back to them and pay for a second diagnostic and be without my car longer. All the manager would say is this is a teaching point for them, yet my car could have overheated and cracked the engine block! Their teaching point could cost me thousands. More

I had to get a transmission replaced on my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. I spent one month going to two other dealerships. They cannot get it fixed. I went to Chris Nichols they matched me in the exact same Grand Caravan. I spent one month going to two other dealerships. They cannot get it fixed. I went to Chris Nichols they matched me in the exact same loaner car. Robert at the car rental department was awesome and talked me through everything. Philip my service advisor got me back on the road in one week. Thank you so much for putting an end to my nightmare. I will be going to Chris Nichols for all of my service needs from now on. This is also where I'll be buying my next vehicle. More

Please, if I say anything ugly, please do not take it personal" Abel greeted me with a smile and promised to make my day better. My key fob had stopped working, my car acted as though it was not going to start, some of my lights on the gauge panel were not working. My hair was wet and I did not want to see anyone, just get me to the beauty shop. He took my key fob and asked me to walk with him to the cashier. Not going to happen with wet hair! He went himself, installed to battery and immediately all the lights began to work. He was right! He did make my day better and I did not have to see anyone with my wet hair. Thank you Able, you are truly a valuable employee. I salute you! More
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE/BODY REPAIR I drove 100 miles to have the Collision Center at this dealership fix the paint issues on my new Fiat Spider. Although it was there for 4 weeks, they I drove 100 miles to have the Collision Center at this dealership fix the paint issues on my new Fiat Spider. Although it was there for 4 weeks, they took the time to get it right. Very impressed with their work. James and Lisa were there from beginning to end. Great customer service!!! More
Collision Center First of all, I have to say that the body repair on my van looks great!! Now the bad news...I was told that it would take 7-10 business days, it took First of all, I have to say that the body repair on my van looks great!! Now the bad news...I was told that it would take 7-10 business days, it took 26 business days. I finally get to pick up my van on Friday after work, about 4:30 (they close at 5:30), I pull out a check and am told that I can't write a check, I need to put it on a card as Lisa is out and he doesn't know how to process a check. I really didn't want to put this on a credit card, but I did...then I go out to my car to leave, it is dead...battery is dead, it won't start. I get a jump, let it run, they took it over to service to check the battery and it is "OK", " just let it run, we probably ran the battery down when we detailed your car" (my car is a 2017), "if you have any problems, just bring it back next week and we will take a look at it". I drove home and started the car later that night a couple of times, and Saturday morning, the battery was dead again. I had the battery checked (at Wal Mart) and it was determined that it was bad, so I bought a battery, had it installed and was completely out of there in 45 minutes. I wish Chris Nikel would have offered me the same service instead of asking me to return the next week, making another trip, waiting on service, missing work, etc The whole experience will keep me from recommending or returning. More
