They are unethical and shady and apparently hurting for money so bad they resort to stealing from people. They will do $2000 worth of work without calling to authorize any of it and then strong arm you whe money so bad they resort to stealing from people. Paid for a rental for a month and was told by Abel that if it had been "customer pay" the repair would have been completed in a week ??? It ended up being majority customer pay without any authorization whatsoever so he just admitted that they caused the rental bill to go up by $1000 too. That is dishonest, shady , horrible business practice and bad customer service. They also refuse to do factory safety RECALLS on vehicles older than a certain year because they don't want to be "married to the vehicle" . According to the manufacturer, recalls can be performed at any Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealer but they turn people away if it is not worth their time or they think they cant get money out of you I suppose. Just because it is legal , doesnt mean it is ethical and I am pretty sure some of what they do it isnt even legal. I have heard so many bad things about this place and now I know why. More
I had to give it 1 star because there was no option for zero. I had my oil changed up there. And no sooner did I leave there the truck was needing oil. He said it was a turn and a half too loose. Called Chris nikel and they made one excuse after another that they or the tech didn't do it. Typical these days, blame everyone else. Do yourself a favor and don't trust them. More
Sales was great paid $55k for a vehicle from them. But then my oil change and tire rotation cost me $175 really?????? Guess I should of stuck with a Toyota I didn't pay that in 3 years for service on it. More

Took my wife’s car into dealer shop this morning was told about 2 hrs for oil change was ok with that due to signs now hiring for lube tech as we sat there the great sales man who sold us the 2017 Nissan Max about 2 hrs for oil change was ok with that due to signs now hiring for lube tech as we sat there the great sales man who sold us the 2017 Nissan Maxima saw us and come over to see how things were needless to say it took about 1 1/2 hrs to change oil and filter now I know there other places that could do this faster but I feel Chris nickel for my visit really took the time and care for this service now the whole team was great and efficient with the staff they have and great shout out to our sales man Blue great at his job. I had an issue with my Dodge truck right before Christmas. It looked like my holiday plans were going to have to change but Andy and the team were able to diagnose and fix the issue and get me back Christmas.
