The "no dicker sticker" was priced right, and Bill Lee in the business office found us better financing than we were pre-approved for. The vehicle itself had been completely serviced, detailed, and was literally in "brand new" showroom condition. I have also dealt with the Chris Nikel service team in the past; the service and parts departments are simply outstanding. I know if I need something for this vehicle, or my 2016 Ram 2500, it will be handled prefessionally, quickly, and completely. I highly recommend Chris Nikel. More

Cedric knew the specs on every vehicle, demonstrated the equipment/features for us, took us on multiple test drives and really helped us find the perfect vehicle for our needs & budget. He never got annoyed with my many, many questions, and that's saying alot... I'm a very picky customer. He knew the vehicles inside & out and made comparison shopping easy. I really liked that he wasn't at all pushy, in a rush, or dismissive of my concerns. Alot of salespeople will just "BS" you or brush off your questions when they don't know what you're asking, but Cedric was the real deal.
