They had exactly what I had been looking for with the price clearly stated on the window. Steve came out to greet us and had no problem showing us the car and letting us go for a test drive at 8:30pm. We decided to buy it only if they would fix the strut and possibly battery if we took it home and it died. My husband is the type that likes to do everything through our bank and not through dealerships but Steve asked us one last time if we wanted to take it home that night we could finance through them. He had no problem explaining everything to us and didn’t make it seem bad that it was keeping him at work a little longer than normal. A few days later Chris Nikel service department called to set up a time to bring the car back to get the things fixed on it. They got us a rental and when we got our car back they had put a new battery in and fixed the strut and strut tower that were bad. It was truly the easiest and nicest dealership experience that my husband and I have ever had! I would defiantly recommend using them! Sorry if this doesn’t quite make sense, I’m dealing with pregnancy brain. More
