Great Experience! Cale was very helpful in making a decision on which car to purchase. He was very laid back and let me get a feel for which car fitted my needs best. Time was given for my wife and My family’s car-buying experience at Chris Nikel was ideal. We were greeted by Kent who offered a no-pressure approach. Time was given for my wife and I to discuss important decisions throughout the process. We took a number of test drives with no issues. In fact we were encouraged to take our time and make the decision that was right for us. We are grateful for the experience that we had last week. Our children were with us and they received snacks and drinks. They were entertained and spoken to during the process. I would also add that Fish treated us well in the finance portion of the purchase. He was down to earth and made the experience easy and understandable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We will definitely purchase from this dealership in the future. More

Poor customer service!! Take your vehicle to get serviced ANYWHERE but here. If you want it done right and on time, go to a different mopar dealer. Techs left bolts loose and ripped the liner to “gain better access”. the service manager Abel did nothing, wouldn’t reimburse for the pieces that had to be replaced. Needed to be on the road by 5, they said that was not an issue. I could easily have waited til the next day to allow more time. I didn’t receive the keys til 5:15 And missed class due to the underpromise and broken trust that Nate lead me to believe. More
Longer than expected I dropped the Jeep off 7AM on a Thursday and didn’t get it back till a week later the following Thursday. I did have a lot of work done to it but wasn’t expecting it to take that long at all even with some parts needing to be ordered. I had to have a rental but when it was all said and done they covered 5 of the 7 days. It was because of Nate Lusby I have them 4 stars. He answered my text promptly whenever I had any questions. If I wasn’t for him I would probably give them a 2 or 3 star rating based on the length of time. One of the little things they did was replace a build in the map light for me and it still doesn’t work. Its a minimum 45 minute drive from home to the dealership, I can wait till my next oil change to have it looked at. More
