Best dealership experience ever ! Being 50 years old I have been fortunate enough to have been able to buy a few new cars . I enjoy looking at new cars even if I am not in the market Being 50 years old I have been fortunate enough to have been able to buy a few new cars . I enjoy looking at new cars even if I am not in the market for one., I don't like to be hassled while I look I don't like to be pushed into a sale until I am ready . After 4 dealerships in 2 days we went to Chris Nikel in broken arrow . Matt Causey met us and we explained we were just going to look around , Matt explained the no hassle sticker on the window and proceeded to allow us to wander at our own pace . We found a couple I wanted to test drive , many of the same features , engine , drivetrain, wheel base but Matt allowed us to test drive each one as we wished , another dealership after test driving 1 car stated that the engine was the same so it would drive the same so basically "No you cannot test drive a similar car " Not Matt . Matt allowed me to drive at my pace and even made suggestions as to how to get a complete feel of the car ( speed bumps ) for the suspension. I ended up test driving 6 cars , each had a little something that was not quite right . After the 6th I decided I was going to buy , we ran my credit and got a starting payment with APR, Term $0 down ect , the numbers were in my range but as we had been out of the house for many hours I asked Matt if I could see him the next day to proceed . There was no hard sell at this point and I felt very comfortable with Matt and the dealership . My family and I went to eat and we decided to go back that night . It was 8pm when we got back nobody was overjoyed or scrambling to make the sale ( again very comforting for me ) . We did the paperwork and left with the car by 840. I will advise all my friends and associates to use Matt Causey at Chris Nikel as this is without a doubt the best easiest car buying experience of my life . Simon H More
