Kent Shelton did a really good job of taking care of me and my wife was able to fill out the credit app from home with the kids. Chris Nikel as a whole is a great dealership in my opinion. No nonsense, no extra fees and all around great staff that I dealt with directly. My wife was able to drop off a check, sign paperwork the next day in under 10 minutes. Even if it requires waiting, my family will buy exclusively from Chris Nikel from now on. More

I had to get a transmission replaced on my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. I spent one month going to two other dealerships. They cannot get it fixed. I went to Chris Nichols they matched me in the exact same Grand Caravan. I spent one month going to two other dealerships. They cannot get it fixed. I went to Chris Nichols they matched me in the exact same loaner car. Robert at the car rental department was awesome and talked me through everything. Just what we were looking for. We enjoyed dealing with Chris Nikel CJDR. We found the vehicle we wanted online but since we live in Wichita, we hated to make the 2 1/2 hour drive We enjoyed dealing with Chris Nikel CJDR. We found the vehicle we wanted online but since we live in Wichita, we hated to make the 2 1/2 hour drive to Broken Arrow, to find out there were blemishes or defects the pictures did not reveal. Caitlynn, was my initial contact and volunteered to video the interior and exterior for us which helped make our decision to buy. Ray was our salesman and was very helpful. Relaxing First of all I travel 100% for my job. I drove 3 1/2 hour into town to pick a truck up at a different dealership and was extremely disappointed that a First of all I travel 100% for my job. I drove 3 1/2 hour into town to pick a truck up at a different dealership and was extremely disappointed that after a week of being told they had the truck I needed it was not there when i got into town. That being said i was already on edge and decided to take one more shot before i left. From the phone call to the Chris Nikel talking to Caitlynn, coming in and speaking with the sales manager and him listening to what I had going on before he even started to help me, and Matt the sales associate that worked with me on the new dodge truck all the way to Matt in your finance department. I was absolutely amazed on how professional and respectful the entire staff at this facility was. I have never felt so happy leaving a dealership. Everyone that has stopped me to tell me what a nice truck I have, I have told them all where I got it and contested to what an amazing dealership Chris Nikel was to buy from. Please, if I say anything ugly, please do not take it personal" Abel greeted me with a smile and promised to make my day better. My key fob had stopped working, my car acted as though it was not going to start, some of my lights on the gauge panel were not working. My hair was wet and I did not want to see anyone, just get me to the beauty shop. He took my key fob and asked me to walk with him to the cashier. Not going to happen with wet hair! He went himself, installed to battery and immediately all the lights began to work. He was right! He did make my day better and I did not have to see anyone with my wet hair. With in a couple of hours I was given a quote on how they would trade. When I went to pickup the 2018 Jeep I dealt with salesman Dan Gustafson and business manager Connor Ellard. All three were great to deal with ( And best of all there is no added charges like DOC fees ) More
