Service department, Collision department as well as the facilities are downright amazing. I even take my vehicle to this dealership just for cleaning because they have the best people there that obviously take pride in a job well done. Also, the pricing is extremely reasonable! Thank you Chris Nikel CJD!!!!!! More

I contacted Dean Nixon over their website asking him to hook us up with a salesman who doesn't tend to dominate their client and he had James Croudy drive the exact 2015 Challenger I was looking at for weeks to my workplace so I could check it out as I was without a vehicle (sharing the '12 Fusion with my husband since we moved back from Germany) to go view it at the dealership. Later that evening I went to the dealership with my mother as my husband had to work and asked them if they could get the payments as close to $300/month as possible to fit our budget. They not only got it to an affordable $320/month, but with 2.99% (84 months, but this one's a KEEPER!) and a full 7 year/85,000 mile warranty added, but even so I signed my name to agree they'd pay me $500 to help with tax, title and registration they STILL gave us the full $975 TTL in the ending price! Without me even asking/pushing them harder to cover the full TTL cost! I had a great experience buying our first car from Regional Hyundai from Colby Burnes back in April, but man...THIS even tops that! No pulling off finger nails to haggle down the price, just good people trying to get you in the car you love. More
Poor service, communication and time Purchase several trucks annually from this dealership, but that will cease after the continual lack of service. From warranty work to repairs, the p Purchase several trucks annually from this dealership, but that will cease after the continual lack of service. From warranty work to repairs, the process poor, slow, and unacceptable. If they cannot provide service after the sell, there will no longer be any purchases from this dealership. They have had two trucks over a week, we took two other trucks to another local dealership and received them back the same day. When it takes two days to pull a truck in to advise a customer of an issue and another week for work to commence, due to back log or the next excuse, we will gladly take our truck purchases elsewhere. This service department is the worse. The new manager, nor Buck have improved the service. It lacks urgency, professionalism, and overall service. You spend countless hours trying obtain status updates, only to be advised they will get back with you; which doesn't happen. More
$900 Brake Job - Seriously!? I am fuming! Took my new-to-me 1999 Grand Cherokee in because brake pedal was taking too long to engage. Made an appointment for service. Took Jeep in I am fuming! Took my new-to-me 1999 Grand Cherokee in because brake pedal was taking too long to engage. Made an appointment for service. Took Jeep in. 2 days go by, none of my calls are answered, voice mails go unanswered. Finally get a call. $129 for brake bleed. Wow, Ok - go ahead. After 2 more days of frantically trying to find out if its done, they finally call and say that that didn't work. Could be master cylinder. Replacement would be $600. We say, Sure, it's the dealer and we want it done right. Just got a call from them. It's done - final price $908! Couple of hundred over phone quote and you didn't call me to tell me? Service department sucks big time. My daughter will be going off to college, and I was considering buying a used car from you - NOT ANY MORE! IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. I know you don't give a crap, otherwise you would have treated us with human dignity and respect by communicating with us. Stay away from their service department - unless you love being treated like a number, not a person. Or if you have lots of money to spend on simple repairs. More
The WORST I bought my Nitro from CN years ago. When I did my research online, I was given an offer for $10 oil changes for the life of my vehicle. Well, that I bought my Nitro from CN years ago. When I did my research online, I was given an offer for $10 oil changes for the life of my vehicle. Well, that last about 6 months when they said, Oh yeah, we don't do that anymore. I had the signed agreement and showed it to them. Needless to say, they had to offer it again to me. From that point on, I received the WORST service I've every received. After taking my vehicle in for oil changes, they then came up with the excuse, we can't offer you the $10 oil change because you don't get your vehicle service here! Needless to say, I left and never went back! I am PROUD to say I have personally cost them 6 vehicle sells from friends and family. STAY AWAY for this dealership! I have since sold my Nitro. CN wasn't EVEN on my radar when purchasing my new truck. More
Still not resolved Took my truck in for some warranty work, when I picked it up after they had my truck for 2 weeks it still wasn't fixed and now the check engine light Took my truck in for some warranty work, when I picked it up after they had my truck for 2 weeks it still wasn't fixed and now the check engine light is on and the touch screen isn't working correctly. So its actually ALOT worse than before. No loaner vehicle - if I could go weeks at a time without a vehicle why would I even buy one? They don't return calls - they won't come to the phone - they don't fix the problems. I told them what is wrong and they aren't fixing it. More

Awesome dealership to work with, very friendly staff, conscientious to our needs. Very patient through selection process and research. Jonathon Dill was very knowledgeable in the product line and easy conscientious to our needs. Very patient through selection process and research. Jonathon Dill was very knowledgeable in the product line and easy to work with throughout purchase process. This has been one of the easiest purchases that we have made in many years in dealing face to face with dealership sales personnel and staff. The last two vehicles prior to this purchase were done online via the internet to spare the pain, frustration and anguish of having to deal with high pressure sales personnel. Rest assured that with Chris Nikel there is no pressure whatsoever in the purchase of your new vehicle. Highly recommended dealership. Many thanks go out to Jonathon Dill and Bryan. Kudos to you both. Loren Palmer More
I live in Arkansas and bought the car in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. When I got home, I realized I had no front license plate holder and no cargo net. I emailed my salesman (Jonathon Dill) twice and receiv Oklahoma. When I got home, I realized I had no front license plate holder and no cargo net. I emailed my salesman (Jonathon Dill) twice and receive no answer. I then emailed the dealership and received no answer. Then, I opened a case with Chrysler Corp. and explained everything. The case was immediately closed and I got an email saying someone would be in contact. No one contacted me. I did receive a rug for the trunk that I didn't need. Six months later and no license plate holder and no cargo net. There are two other Chrysler dealerships nearby. Knowing that, would you buy from Chris Nikel? Or, for that matter, would you buy a Chrysler given the response I received from their corporate service department? PS: All of this is well documented. More
