If I could give less than 1 star I would DO NOT USE CHRIS NIKEL SERVICE/ EXPRESS OIL CHANGE! I've bought several cars from Chris Nikle over the years but never again! Called and verified wha DO NOT USE CHRIS NIKEL SERVICE/ EXPRESS OIL CHANGE! I've bought several cars from Chris Nikle over the years but never again! Called and verified what time they would take last car for oil change. Drove 35 miles, and I showed up 30 min before cut off time, only to be told by the service manager all of the technicians had left for the day. As I'm being told this 5 of their technicians were milling around the service bay cutting up and goofing off. Explained to the service manager I had drove a long way to get oil changed and was even 30min before their cut off time. With an attitude he agreed to take my 2014 Avenger in for oil changed. It took a while for them to change my oil even though they had nothing going on. I paid and left. 3500 miles later I go to get my oil changed at South Point Tulsa and am told they can't get the drain plug off to change the oil. I took the care home and tried to get the drain plug off myself. Practically impossible! I have a good friend who runs a automotive repair shop so I took the car to him to see what he could do. It took a 3/4" pneumatic impact to get the drain plug off and it also had to be replaced due to the hex being messed up from using an impact. So apparently Chris Nikle service manager vengefully thought it would be funny to have the original drain plug installed with an pneumatic impact. I will for no reason never take my care back to those idiots with attitudes and I will never purchase another car from Chris Nikle. More

I had service done under warranty on my car and came to pick it up and got the keys. I come back for a oil change and all of a sudden I have a deductible I was never told about. There was a gentleman with red hair and a beard that was at the desk and he offered no help. I have been trying to get a quote on brakes called several times and never got one. Asked for one at my oil change and didn't get one. I asked for it at checkout and the awful red headed guy said go ask this other guy. Waitied another 20 min just to get my quote. Awful customer service has been the last couple times. I would never ever bring my car back here if I had a choice but the dealership is the only place I've found who can change the oil. Avoid Chris Nikel at all cost. They only care about money and not customers or people in general. Awful awful building. I will make sure to spread the word about how bad we have been treated. We have purchased 4 cars from Chris nikel and get treated like this..... It's ridiculous. More
Long suffering!! My wife and I have bought several new cars from Chris Nikel over the years. I am on my third Ram from them. Over a year ago I started getting error messages on my radio. I contacted the service department made an appointment and brought it in. It began with waiting on software updates, bringing my truck in 6 times, hoping they were going to replace my radio. Finally, Monday they called me and said they had a radio in and wanted to make an appointment to replace it. Tuesday I received an email confirming my appointment. Along with another phone call and text message trying to set up another appointment. (I am not complaining here, but it seems like they don’t communicate well). The good news is my 2015 Ram has a new radio, so far no error message! My wife and I are going to be trading her 2014 Durango next year and we are going elsewhere. This really stinks because we are all about buying local, supporting our community. In the business that I run we are all about customer service. It is what sets you apart from the competition. All along the radio needed to be replaced. I knew it, they knew it, but all I heard is that Dodge made them do what they did. I disagree with passing the buck. Chris Nikel should have fixed my truck a year ago so they could keep our business. Sometimes service comes at a cost, but in the long run it pays off. Chris Nikel is great at selling you a vehicle, I like their buying process, but not so much at honoring their service commitment. More

It's all sunshine and rainbows until something goes wrong We purchased our 2014 Fiat 500L in Nov 2013. Everything was fine up to the first oil change. It took the dealership all day to do a simple oil change. We purchased our 2014 Fiat 500L in Nov 2013. Everything was fine up to the first oil change. It took the dealership all day to do a simple oil change. When I retrieved my car and drove home I noticed as I walked away that something was hanging underneath the car. I inspected the underneath to discover the skid plate that is "loosened" to do the maintenance had not been replaced after maintenance. I return to the dealership and again took hours for this to be completed. I gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt several more times, should have gone somewhere else after the second time, but to no avail this simple protective cover stumped the department every time my Fiat needed an oil change. The next issue I had was with the license plate lights. I explained to my advisor the computer would tell me the light was out. I would get out of the car check the light, tap the lens cover it would come on. I allow them to investigate it. I get a phone call and said advisor tells me it's a burned out bulb and proceeds to charge me $32 to change a bulb! I explained to him as politely as I could that I did not ask you to change the bulb as there was nothing wrong with it. This same issue kept occurring until I insisted this is under warranty, as I had only had the car less than 6 months. It took them over a week to fix this issue because the dealership doesn't have a dedicated Fiat mechanic or replacement parts on site. The last issue and the reason I will not go back to Chris Nikel. I take said car in for scheduled oil change. I get a call at the end of their business day that they have lost my keys! They proceed to tell me they can't re-key my car because they don't keep replacement keys for the Fiat. What? Are you kidding me?! The keys have to come from Corporate. To make this very long review short, I know too late, after 2 weeks of calling everyday and getting the run around, it took me telling them that if they did not get my key I'm taking their loaner car to Florida in 2 days for two weeks and I will not be paying for any mileage (it was my vacation planned way in advance). A miracle happened the next day! Mysteriously overnight a replacement was located!!! Now, I would not recommend their service department for anything but it's inevitably your decision. You may get lucky and have exemplary service. I hope you do. More
