The Sales side of my experience was Excellent! Bob was very friendly and helpful. However, the Overall Quality of work was disappointing. Two employees, including the Manager Mr. Stabe, knew that the v very friendly and helpful. However, the Overall Quality of work was disappointing. Two employees, including the Manager Mr. Stabe, knew that the vehicles Key Fobs didn't work and told me that it would be fixed when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. Not only did they fail in fixing the Key Fobs, the Check Engine Light came on the next day. It became obvious that they cleared all Engine Faults prior to selling the vehicle. Withholding this type of information is what gives this Used Car Dealer a Social Stigma. More

My daughter and I stopped in at Morrie's to look for a used vehicle. The person to come up to us was Adam, from the moment that he introduced himself to us, we were sold! My daughter didn't find a used car that she liked and we decided to take a break and go to lunch. Before we left, Adam showed us a new Mazda 2 that we could buy that would only be a little more a month than a used car with 90,000 miles. we told Adam that we would go to lunch and look at other dealers and maybe be back. At lunch, my daughter received a text from Adam telling us to have a nice lunch. We went to the Nissan dealer after lunch and our experience there wasn't like it was with Adam and Morries. My daughter kept saying this guy is nothing like Adam. we decided not to try anywhere else, we wanted to buy from Adam. we went back and my daughter drove the Mazda 2 and fell in love. We had no intention of buying a new car, but with the raTE BEING SO LOW, MY DAUGHTER WAS ABLE TO SWING THE PAYMENTS. I was in sales for years, and it is true that people buy from people that we like. we trusted Adam and liked him. My daughter has had her car for almost 1 year and she still loves it. Everyone at Morries is extremely helpful and nice, but we especially like Adam. when it is time for me to buy a new car, I will make sure to see Adam, he is the BEST! More

First of all I was so scared to go to a dealer to purchase a vehicle, but when I arrived at Morries I was welcomed warmly and Chris was very accommodating. I came to the lot looking for a car. I had NO idea what to look for. My family and I were helped right away by Chris. He was so helpful throughout the whole process. In the end, we took a test drive in a Pontiac G6, which I fell in love with. Chris was very friendly and definitely not afraid to talk about life with my sister and I. We had an amazing time. When going to do the paperwork, Chris was even nice enough to order us all a pizza while we waited. Overall, I think Chris was amazingly helpful and nice. Even though he was professional, he still maintained a friendly atmosphere. He is a really nice, polite, and funny guy who isn't afraid to be honest. He definitely made my experience a great one!
