In the past two years we have purchased two vehicles from the Morries Chippewa Valley Mazda. The first vehicle we bought was a used 2005 Nissan Pathfinder. We were unable to find one for the right price. When I found one at Morries, the price was very reasonable and there was NO HAGGLING! It was already listed at the lowest possible price. I drove 520 miles to pick it up. Everyone there was very friendly and they all went out of their way to make sure we received the best possible customer service! Other then routine maintenance, I have never had any problems with this vehicle. In fact, we were so happy with the service we received, we recently took the 8 and a half drive from Lincoln, NE once again to lease a new Mazda 3 for my wife. We received the same service as I did on our first visit. We will always continue to use Morries Mazda in Chippewa Valley with all our future purchases! Good work Morries of Chippawa Falls!!! More
I explained to Josh, my salesperson, that I was looking for a used 4 door sedan with low miles but my ideal would be a crossover/SUV although I didn't really think there would be one in my price range. He showed me a few sedan options but I wasn't ready to purchase anything that I saw. A couple of weeks later Josh called me to inform me that there was a Mazda CX-7 (a crossover vehicle) with low miles, in great condition, and a price I couldn't resist. I really was impressed that he remembered me and considered me for a car they just received on the lot. I went down right away for a test drive and was sold. Josh and the finance team worked very well with me to get me into a monthly payment I was comfortable with. The Morrie's Buy Happy plan is very helpful to keep my car running well and looking great with the weekly carwashes available. I am so impressed with the customer service I was given by my salesperson and the vehicle I now own. I have not had service like this from any other dealer I have been to before. More
I had my vehicle in to fix leaky transmission lines. The service department was super friendly and very prompt in their service. There were no surprises in the cost and I was very happy with the overall ex service department was super friendly and very prompt in their service. This place is amazing! Everyone was super nice and were like old friends rather than your stereotypical salesmen. We were treated with the utmost respect and the selection of new and used cars is fantastic like old friends rather than your stereotypical salesmen. We were not sure if we wanted new or used so we followed their website for a couple of weeks, what we found was an amazing selection that come and go quickly so if there is something you want you better not wait, they don't seem to stay to long. We drove for over 2 hours to look at a car that I was told on the phone had been in small accident, but was repaired to almost like new condition. The Consumer Guide stated that the damage had been in the left REAR of the car. We took it for a drive, and it seemed ok accept for a strong pull to the left. The sales man said it most likely needed an alignment. Mad sense to me. Get it home and have a mechanic look at it and the damage had been in the FRONT left, and the frame was more than an inch out of whack still. Not even within legal tolerances, even though Morries stated they had done a thorough inspection on it. Ask them if they would refund our money since at time of purchase they claimed to be able to get the same price at wholesale action for it. They showed NO interest in remedying the situation,even though they had CLEARLY misrepresent, whether intentional or not, the severity and location of the damage. I am pursuing legal actions against them. More
Morries mazda was by far the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. When I walked in the door the sales man did not stop pushing to buy now now now. I did find a good deal on a vehicle and ended up buying it. They told me that there was a warranty for the first 30 days and if anything were to go wrong they would fix it. I started to have issues with the vehicle and said them to fix the issues. They acted like they did not know who I was and push me under the rug. After calling and calling I finally got a hold of someone who would fix the issue ( it was like pulling teeth to get something done with them). The vehicle was in the shop the first month more than i was driving it. I traded in a perfect car with no problems and got a car that was junk and none of the problems were disclosed for me to know about before I bought it. James the sales manager is a snake in the grass and will do anything to make a sale. James did not live up to the motto "buy happy". I think this xxx should be fired right away because he is one of the main reason I am writing this review. When I asked for a rental to drive while my car was in the shop, they gave me a PT Cruiser with the fuel light on and a flat tire that I had to fill up 3 times a day. The customer service is sub-par and I would never recommend Morrie's to anyone. STAY AWAY!!! More
I found a car for sale on Auto Trader website, and I live in Chicago IL. I happened to be searching for a specific vehicle, an unfortunately the availability was limited. I came across the vehicle after exhausting my search options locally. Upon finding the vehicle I called into the dealership and spoke with Scott. Needless to say, I was somewhat skeptical as the price seemed pretty low as compared to others. I had already done a Carfax report, and it showed nothing. Somehow, i was just nervous that the truck was going to have some major issues and I didnt want to waste my time driving 6 hours. Scott was nothing short of a complete pro. Even called me after walking around the car and inspecting it thoroughly himself. Scott even took it out for a drive to look for any questionable items. Feeling confident, i made the journey. Really, truly, when i arrived and found the car I was shocked. Got way more than expected. They wouldnt barter with me, but the value was already good. They explained they dont negotiate ever and that they do significant online business. I just got back home with my car, and enjoyed every secon of my drive home. So impressed i might go back when i buy my next car. Scott, thanks again for the honesty. Enjoy old red, and find her a good home. Thanks again Morries for a great experience, More
