Now I have no power steering, no air conditioning, no rear window defroster, no window washer and I just put out a couple hundred bucks to replace a motor mount. I believe they were aware of the problems but didn't disclose these items on the window check off list. More

I had the pleasure of testing out vehicles with Casey, and while I was there he made it clear to me that helping me was his top priority. He was patient when I test drove multiple vehicles and couldn't make up my mind, and if anything on a vehicle wasn't up to his standards he made sure with the sales manager that it would be fixed before being sold. If I ever hear anyone say they're looking for a new car they'll be getting his contact info from me. Very genuine guy that made me feel comfortable, no anxiety or pressure when I was signing the contract. More
