Over the top effort and willingness to help! I had originally stopped at the dealership looking for a used truck that Isaw on the lot. It had sold before i got there. Grant suggested a few other ones and we took em for a ride. I decided to go with the 1st one we test drove. But someone bought THAT vehicle while we were test driving the 2nd vehicle. Horrible luck. Grant took down my info and said he would keep an eye out for what I wanted. I had heard that story before from different dealerships...but never EVER got a retuen pjone call. Within a few days, Grant had emailed me several that had come on trade-in . In the meantime i had come into some extra cash(always nice!), so my pricerange had gone up. I suggested a few that i had seen on the website. We did all the financing over the phone. All i had to do was show up, sign, and take off. During the whole process, I had several questions which were promptly answered....some were after he had left work and was off the clock. It was like emailing/texting/calling a buddy for help, not like someone trying to push a sale on me. Relaxed, friendly service. Would recommend ANYONE looking for a vehicle, new or used, to stop in, and ask to speak with Grant. He will go above and beyond to get you what you need. Love my truck. Thanks Grant! More
