Chippewa Valley Mazda

My wife and I went to Morrie's to check out a car, but we haven't purchased a car in ten years. We live in the Twin Cities, but went to Chippewa Valley to check out a car, however the car sold 30 min but we haven't purchased a car in ten years. Our trip to Morrie's in Chippewa Valley seemed to be a waste but then we started discussing the type of vehicle and our price range with Chris Dunn. Chris listened to our needs, then asked us to take a look around the public before wholesale lot to see if there were any other cars we might be interested in driving. We did drive two. On each test drive, Chris was realistic about possible maintenance or concerns, while highlighting the benefits of each vehicle. The balanced approach allowed my wife and I to feel comfortable about our selection. Chris continued to walk us through the trade in and financing process, so we drove away in used Lexus ES300. Chris provided exceptional service in a genuine, effective way. To be honest, my wife and I will check in with Chris next time we purchase a car because of his approach. This may mean driving a few extra miles if he is still working in Chippewa Valley. The dealership does an exceptional job of financing customers in an easy, quick process that adds to the buying experience rather than a feeling this provides an additional painful step. I have referred coworkers and friends to look at Morrie's for their next car, since our experience was easy and enjoyable. We did not have buyer's remorse, quite the contrary, we love our new used car and feel Chris was concerned about meeting our wants and needs. I went to Morrie's Chippewa Valley Mazda in search of my second car. What I found was an beautiful 2004 GTO. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. After searching online, stopped at Morrie's on a Saturday afternoon. The place was super busy but the staff still took the time to say Hi and made sure that I was being helped. Left totally amazed that I was never pressured at any time to purchase a car. Returned a week later to make the purchase and again Christopher did an great job explained everything including introducing me to the service manager. A great experience and HAPPYwith my new Mazda! I have been working with Morrie's Chippewa Valley Mazda since 2007. I have gotten all of my service done there on my Mazda6. Every single time I am there, every person that walks passed me smiles, says, "Hi," and almost always starts a very genuine conversation with me. I honestly cannot believe how friendly of a place it is to be. I went in today just "looking." Daniel was the first person who met me. He was so personable and friendly. I felt like I could be totally honest with him about what I was looking for and what I wanted and I could tell he was being genuinely honest with me. I walked out of there with a 2010 CX-7, which I got for a GREAT deal. They gave me an amazing trade in price for my Mazda6. Mazda's are such great cars. I am pretty sure after now buying my second car from Morrie's Chippewa Valley Mazda, I won't go anywhere else.
