Christopher was a very helpful and polite salesman. My husband and I had our two young daughters with us when we came to the dealership and he was very accomodating to them. He let them watch cartoons on husband and I had our two young daughters with us when we came to the dealership and he was very accomodating to them. He let them watch cartoons on his Ipad and offered them drinks and snacks. The staff was all very pleasant. They worked with us to help us get what we needed for our family. Our entire family is enjoying our new "wheels" and we'll probably continue to do business with Morrie's because of the great customer service we experienced. More

Hi, I didn't forget to do this, I've been busy driving!lol April 25 I was going to the store, as we drove by Morries I seen my "mid life crisis"car, mind you I was not looking for a car, and this driving!lol April 25 I was going to the store, as we drove by Morries I seen my "mid life crisis"car, mind you I was not looking for a car, and this Saturn Sky caught my eye, I thought this car would be way out of my price range, but we stop anyways, to my surprise I could afford it, I first talk to Chris, he was great, no pressure at all, told me everything I needed to know, everyone there was very friendly and shared in my enthusiasm, I was excited!! So I came back the next day, Chris was busy so Todd took over, again no pressure, very up front, biggest thing is when I walked in that day first thing they said was the price of my car went down, well I was sold, but my honey James was depressed since he was ready to dicker, didn't have to!lol also the price on the car was almost right on my banks blue book price, now that's Honesty, ! You guys, all of you were great people, helpful, showed empathy in my excitement, very friendly, I could have sat there all day! So Thank You for the great deal I got the friendly service, and sharing it my over excitement , and not calling the mid life crisis police!!lol great car I just love it, so does everyone else, especially my 3 year old grandson, who calls it the "Batman", car, even caught him hugging it!! Have a wonderful summer, I know I will! Dawn Lauscher More
Very friendly and very busy. Stopped in with wife on a Saturday looking at all brands of crossover vehicles with a third row. Ended up narrowing it down to the Mazda and one other brand. Returned a coupl Saturday looking at all brands of crossover vehicles with a third row. Ended up narrowing it down to the Mazda and one other brand. Returned a couple weeks later to buy after a couple calls with Todd. (Todd was willing to take calls and come in on days off to go over any questions I had.) Again, the place was very busy, which seems to be a good sign. Todd was out on a test drive with another customer and I finished the purchase with Bob Foy. There seemed to be no pressure amongst salesmen to "complete the sale" and get the credit. The only negative I could come up with is I thought I should have gotten a few hundered more on the trade in. More
Bob was very helful in finding the car i wanted. The first vehicle that we signed on was a 2003 mazda 6 and seemed to have a transmission "issue". After nothing was found wrong with the vehicle I decide first vehicle that we signed on was a 2003 mazda 6 and seemed to have a transmission "issue". After nothing was found wrong with the vehicle I decided on going with a new vehicle. Bob fot me into a 2012 mazda 6. I am completely satisfied with the 2012 mazda six and would be giving a perfect review if not for the slight hiccup with the 03. More
This was my third experience buying a vehicle from Morries and once again the salesperson (Chris) and manager (James) were very personable and professional. I really enjoyed the "Test Drive" route th Morries and once again the salesperson (Chris) and manager (James) were very personable and professional. I really enjoyed the "Test Drive" route that was offered as a driving course for the Mazda 2 that we eventually purchased. Chris was a joy to deal with as he did not not attempt to pressure us into a vehicle that we did not need or want. I would highly recommend Morries as the first and last stop for any one considering the purchase of a new or used vehicle :) More
We stopped at Morrie's based on prior ownership of a Mazda. We were fortunate to have Scott find us roaming the new car lot. He gave us background on Morrie's dealership, pointed out possible vehicles Mazda. We were fortunate to have Scott find us roaming the new car lot. He gave us background on Morrie's dealership, pointed out possible vehicles that would suit our requirements and then proceeded to provide us with in-depth information on that vehicle. We found Scott to be extremely accommodating and patient as we went thru the process of selecting and purchasing a new vehicle. We can honestly say that he provided us with more information than we have ever had before when buying a vehicle. We would definitely recommend Morrie's and would also suggest that if you go there, look for Scott! More
This was my first time ever dealing with Morrie's CV Mazda. I stopped on a Friday afternoon to try to find a vehicle for my wife. I had already viewed the vehicle inventory on the internet so I knew that they had something that I may be interested in. When I stopped and was looking at the van I saw on the internet Todd came out and greeted me. He was very polite and was never pushy. He told me about the vehicle I was looking at and then mentioned two others that fit what I was looking for. He wasn't try to upsell me by mentioning the other vehicles because they were actually cheaper than the one I stopped to look at. He offered to let me take a test drive but I declined because I wanted my wife to drive it since she would be the primary driver. He was very accomedating and even offered to stay after hours if I wanted to bring her up after she got home from work. When we arrived Saturday morning to test drive the vehicle that I originally stopped to look at Todd already had it ready to go. I then informed him that instead we had decided to test drive one of the other vehicles and Todd promptly went and got the other vehicle ready and didn't try to push the orginal vehicle on us. After the test drive we loved the vehicle and purchased it. Through the whole process Todd and all the other staff at Morrie's were great and I would definately recommend them to any of my family and friends! More
Okay - So let's start at the beginning. I only ever bought from a dealer once in my life. Around 23 years ago,(Wow. I'm old.), when I was 18. My Dad thought the best thing for me to do for a first car bought from a dealer once in my life. Around 23 years ago,(Wow. I'm old.), when I was 18. My Dad thought the best thing for me to do for a first car was to get a huge car loan from a dealer. (I have since stopped taking financial advice from him). I grew up in England and they don't have the same restrictions as they do over here, so anyone can set up a lot and start selling cars. To differentiate them from regular dealerships, we'll call them 'crooks'. Anyway - I went to this 'crook' and bought a car that (he told me) had NEVER had a problem in its long life. Around 20 miles later I was sat at the edge of the road waiting for the tow truck to arrive. (Apparently it needed something called 'oil' to run). While that meant my engine had ever so slightly fractured into two pieces - the plus side was that it was glowing and keeping me nice and warm while I waited. At that point I made a solemn vow to never buy from a dealer again. Fast forward to Saturday. I finally decided I needed to find something with better fuel economy. I considered a bicycle but then realized quite how lazy I am. I also looked at roller skates but my wife reminded me it isn't 1978 anymore. I decided a hybrid was the way to go. I looked through Craigslist and couldn't find anything that met my needs. So I was forced to go to a dealership to see what they had. I picked a few cars at a different dealer from Morries and headed out there. When I arrived, I encountered the kitchen effect. - What? Oh, you don't know what that is? Okay - Well, you know when you turn out the lights in the kitchen - that's when all the cockroaches come running out toward you? Well - When you're in a dealership lot and turn off the engine - That's when the salespeople do the same. No offence. Anyway - A sales guy comes over and apparently really wants to be my friend. (In his defence - I'm extremely likable). He asks how I'm doing, what kind of thing I'm looking for, etc. Then immediately shows me a car $5000 more than I said I had to spend! I let him down gently. I explain it's me, not him. And then I leave. Then I find another dealer called Morries. They have a Prius for sale which means I need to venture out there. I call about it, and Adam lets me know everything about it. Interestingly, I ask him what the mpg is likely to be. I expect to be told what, in sales terms, is called 'a lie'. But it turns out he doesn't. He tells me what another customer told him - but it's not an inflated number designed to make me buy the car. I figure there must be another catch, so I check the Blue Book price. It's listed $1000 under blue book (and advertised as such). Hm. Interesting. I head out there. When we arrive, a cockr- um. Sales person comes out to see us. It's Todd. I recently saw Samuel L Jackson in 'The Negotiator' so I figure I'm well prepared for the encounter. I ask him why the price is so cheap. He explains that's because they don't want to antagonise the customer by haggling over the price. I ask about warranty - He tells me they offer those as well, but don't force them on the customer to inflate the price. I ask him about the mpg. He says he has no idea but can look it up for me. I'm a little disconcerted as so far I haven't found the catch. So we take it for a test drive. I won't bore you with the details as - A. You don't care about my car. Let's be honest, you're only reading this to find out if you can trust Todd. That's presuming you didn't stop reading when this thing turned into a short book. And B. Obviously I bought the car or I wouldn't be on here writing the review. Sorry if that ruined the end of the story for you - But if you can't anticipate an obvious end like that I would strongly suggest you don't watch 'Titanic' anytime soon. We get back and I'm STILL trying to find the catch. I go out to get my old vehicle assessed and, strangely, they offer me a fair price for it. I'm actually not unhappy with the offer - And I'd anticipated disappointment at some point during my visit. Then we get in the sales office. I um and ah and ask if I can think about it. My wife and I take a stroll outside and look over the car again. No sales people follow us. No pressure. I briefly consider just getting in the car and driving off. I figure that will end badly, so I don't. Eventually we go in and sign up. That's when Todd drops the 'hidden extras' bomb. I can get free oil changes for three years and unlimited car washes but it costs an EXTRA FORTY BUCKS. ...Oh, wait. That's actually not bad. And I don't HAVE to take it - I have the choice. ...So I go for it. And then we sign the paperwork and I buy the car. (See - told you so). I'm happy with the price, and with the service, and I drive away totally focused on enjoying my new car. I would certainly go back there again. So Morries - And Todd - have changed my opinion of sales people in their dealership. I now treat them with the respect they deserve - and never again will I compare them to creepy bug life. ...Now, LAWYERS however... More
