Do not purchase the Buy Happy extended warranty on yor used vehicle from Morries. 4 months after purchase of my 09 Honda Accord the car is nocking and burning oil. They wanted hundereds of dollars to determine if it is a powertrain issue.. will only cover the cost of repair if you HAVE catastrophic failure and will charge you hundreds of dollars to determine IF it is covered under the warranty. They will only cover a $100 of the 5 hr diagnostic process and charge $100hr to determine if it is covered. If it is not coved under warranty you are just SOL. NOT what my sales person told me. Went to cancel my warranty, that I wouldn't have purchased had it been explained to me fully, and was only given a partial refund. They just refered to the contact that saves their own backside. Morries stands behind your purchase.. Ya right!! Lies! Spoke to a manager Nate about how unhappy I was and he told me my opinion didn't matter... More

2nd Purchase from Morries and Couldn't Be Happier We are return customers to Morries. The first vehicle was purchased in the Twin Cities and serviced at the Morries in Chipppewa Falls, WI. My only r We are return customers to Morries. The first vehicle was purchased in the Twin Cities and serviced at the Morries in Chipppewa Falls, WI. My only regret there is not having the local Morries get the vehicle for me and shipping it up to Chippewa--I wasn't aware at the time that you could do that. The second time, my husband found the truck he wanted at a different Morries dealership and dealt with Jacob Nelson in Chippewa. Jake was absolutely fantastic about making sure the truck was exactly what we were expecting and taking care of every detail. The truck was delivered to the Morries in Chippewa, checked over by their service department, detailed and we took possession of it! We always add the "Buy Happy" package which includes unlimited free car washes and three years of free oil changes. We also added the undercoating to both vehicles--which I think is a must in our salty, Wisconsin winters. I now have Jake looking for MY dream vehicle. Thanks so much, Jake! More

We got to talking about what I liked and didn't like about my current CX-5. Two years earlier I had purchased my first brand new car, the CX-5, and so I decided to go with the baseline version. After driving the baseline for a couple of years, I was really wanting some of the features available on the mid-level version of the vehicle. I talked, she listened, and I ended up trading in my original CX-5 and leasing the mid-level version! The whole process was seamless from service to sales. More
