I wanted to trade in a high mileage vehicle that was running decently for me, but I thought it was time to move to a vehicle with less mileage. It was not high pressure but I did decide to buy the Jeep. I'm hoping I like it even though it does not have some of the comfort features that my Saturn had. I think I was dealt with fairly. If I don't like the Jeep in the upcoming months I am confident that Morrie's will find another vehicle that suits my needs even better. More

Scott was amazingly attentive to my requests over the phone, before I ever actually went to the dealership. He patiently answered questions and found out what he could from the service department, etc. He checked over the vehicle and told me about minor superficial damage to the car that I couldn't see online, without my even asking. He was very kind with absolutely no pressure, which helped me trust him, and also really made me want to buy from him! At the dealership I really appreciated the thorough and professional mechanics' inspection. And Scott spent lots of time with us, test driving three vehicles, one of which we bought. I think Scott is exceptional among car salespeople in listening to financial and vehicle concerns and making the process as customer-friendly as possible (and fun!). While some of the other salespeople and managers had a bit more of the classic car salesman persona with classic pressure lines such as "you drove all the way out here" "what else is keeping you from driving this vehicle home today?", Scott's approach was refreshing, real and personal. For our next car purchase, we plan to come back to this dealership (a 2-hour drive from our home in Minneapolis), simply to work with Scott. At the dealership, things to note are that there were no women on staff, except for a receptionist, at least while we were there. Having women on staff is usually a key indicator of the quality of the workplace, so this could maybe be improved. However, we are a lesbian couple and we did not feel that anyone skipped a beat, and we were treated well. More

My husband and I needed a new vehicle for very little money and I called this dealer ship and they didn't have what we were looking for. Looked at the truck I wanted, test drove with David, he explained and described all the the concerns I had with the truck. Filled out credit, was offered anything to drink by my salesman and by several ot explained and described all the the concerns I had with the truck. All things that need to be fixed on the truck were documented and discussed completely. Overall, my experience was painless and very enjoyable. More
