I had a great experience working with Morries Mazda! Everyone that I met there was very helpful. I got a great deal on a great car and would definitely recommend them! Thank you, Morries Mazda! I own a Mazda3 Hatchback. I did not purchase my vehicle from Morrie's; however all of my service as been with Morrie's. Most of my experience has been with the Service Dept. I recently had to put a new eng from Morrie's; however all of my service as been with Morrie's. Most of my experience has been with the Service Dept. I recently had to put a new engine into my 3 due to a cracked oil filter cartridge. Initially, the Service Dept was not responsive to me as a customer just being told I needed to put $4000 into my car. I wanted information about how this could happen on a 2004, etc. I had to do my own research as a consumer. After multiple phone calls, eventually things worked out and I was able to work with my insurance company to replace the engine. Ryan did find an amazing price on a remanufactured engine. I trust Ryan much more than I initially did and if I am going to continue to service vehicles for the long-term, I expect a responsive, trusting relationship with my service advisor. I respect their role and I expect the same in return. I want to see what needs to be done with my vehicle, receive an explanation of how and why and understand all costs associated with the work. While not all customers expect this, I certainly think the Service Dept should provide it to those who do. I am now considering another vehicle purchase and have been working with Bob Foy in sales. Bob has been very responsive to learning what I am looking for in a vehicle, he is not at all pushy about persuading me otherwise. He is encouraging me to consider various vehicle options, which is good information to assist me in my vehicle purchasing decision. I know what I am looking for in a vehicle and I would like to buy it local and have the long-term service relationship with the dealer. I have had the same hairdresser for 8 years...and wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair...I feel the same way about my car. When I find a good dealership and a great service dept., I don't want anyone else touching my vehicle. :) More
We are return customers of Morrie's CV Mazda for several reasons. We love Mazda vehicles to begin with but when buying a car nobody wants to enter a dealership and feel pressured to buy something. Which is reasons. We love Mazda vehicles to begin with but when buying a car nobody wants to enter a dealership and feel pressured to buy something. Which is why we return here. We really feel like they have our best interest when showing us options that work for our family. I couldn't be more happy with a recent purchase. Today I picked up our cx7 and Morrie's has made me so happy. To begin, this car was at another Morrie's dealership so somebody went that very evening to pick up the car, drive it back here so we could see it the next morning and test drive it. We bought the vehicle used, so it needed new tires. They ordered new tires and best of all they ordered new rims as well. The rims on the car were not standard factory either. They are so nice! The car was cleaned up so nicely and ready when I came to pick it up. I recommend working with David Hetke in sales as he was very friendly, quick to return phone calls as needed, and made the process fun. Aside from working with David, Nathan Rich in finance was good to work with. The people at Morries are personable, friendly and professional. They greet you at the door with a smile. I also want to mention Brett in the service department. When I switched over vehicles he helped make the transition easy. He too was friendly and helpful. Aside from this recent experience here, we have ordered accessories for our Mazda5 (which we are very happy with) from Morrie's and their service department had them shipped fast to the dealership. Again, we have browsed in the past at other dealerships and none in the area could ever come close to the service we receive at Morrie's Mazda. Thank you, Morrie's Mazda!! More

I was greeted instantly by Bob, and it seemed that he had taken a personal interest into me and my needs. He right away asked what I was looking for and how he could be of service. I simply told him what i taken a personal interest into me and my needs. He right away asked what I was looking for and how he could be of service. I simply told him what i needed, and he pointed right to the car I have now. He was a straight shooter but willing to bend to help me get to the rate I had to be at to seal a deal. Inside while the financial guys were hard at work to get me the loan I needed, Bob was more then gracious. He was offering refreshments, chips, and even a sandwich while we waited. Bob wanted me to drive home my new car that day, but it wasn't a possibility until my remote starter and dvd/cd player head unit was removed. Bob took it upon himself to setup an appointment to get it removed that day at a local shop. The only disappointments I have is I felt the interest rate was a tad high and I didn't receive a second key for a 2007 Mazda 6. More
My brothers have been trying to get me to buy an AWD vehicle for a long time because they know how much I worry about driving in the winter - but at the same time I didn't want to give up the Saturn sed vehicle for a long time because they know how much I worry about driving in the winter - but at the same time I didn't want to give up the Saturn sedan I've been driving. After last winter it was clear they were right - so I came to Morrie's looking for a second car that I could use in the winter. Scott Feldhausen greeted me as soon as I walked in the door - he was easy to talk to, friendly, and really listened to me when I told him what I was looking for. Because I've never owned a truck or SUV before I was basically a blank slate: knew what I wanted (all wheel drive) and how I would use the vehicle - but didn't know the specifics of what I would need or what would work best for me. He explained the difference between AWD and 4x4 and helped me understand what an SUV was all about. He was totally cool as I test drove SEVERAL vehicles trying to find the right one - some were too big and high off the ground (they felt like too much truck), some were too small and didn't give me that confident feeling I was looking for. He called me the next day and said "I've got your next vehicle". I went in and there it was - a beautiful Saturn VUE! Scott was right - it has everything I was looking and then some. It's AWD but sporty too, not too high off the ground and doesn't feel like too much truck and it's a Saturn - which I love. When I picked up my VUE Scott had even set the clock and pre-set the radio to my favorite station. I thought when they went out of business that it was the end of truly personal service - thank goodness I was wrong. A lot of times women feel insecure about the car buying process, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Morrie's again and feel confident recommending them to friends. They give their vehicles an extremely thorough check before it goes out on the lot. Even when it came to the final paperwork - Mack was friendly, helpful, and explained everything about the paperwork in a way that made sense. As I drove home with my new VUE I actually found myself sitting at a stop-light with a big goofy grin on my face - I really DID "Buy Happy" at Morrie's. I'd also like to say that I think it's pretty cool that Morrie's has hired (at least two) veterans. Scott just got home from Afghanistan. Thanks to Morrie's for supporting our troops. More
