I was greeted with the upmost positive and friendly customer service ever! I worked primarily with Daniel Sonsalla, who was by far the most amazing sales person I have met. He was there to really help me not just make a sale but to really help me make a smart and sensible decision! I was very happy with the service as well as the atmosphere at Morrie's! Stopped in for a tire rotation today at Morrie's Chippewa Valley Mazda, was greeted by Brett when stepping out of the car. Such great customer service and friendly staff in the service department. Also a shout out to the technician Blake for taking care of the license plate bracket problem, he was super friendly and quick to fix it. LOVE the drive in service door, just drive up and the door opens automatically for you. Then off to the customer lounge to wait while the work was being done. Once the work was completed, Brett came in with the receipt and I was on my way. Thanks for making the service department customer friendly!!! :)) More

From the time I stepped out of my vehicle, the test drive to the purchase Daniel was GREAT!! He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and answered every one of them with a smile on his face. He made my buying experience smooth and stress free, I would definitely recommend Daniel Sonsalla for your next purchase at Morrie's Chippewa Valley Mazda!! I would also like to add the overall the staff at Morrie's is one of the best staffs I've seen in a long time. All were super friendly and willing to help with anything you need. Loren Patten made the financing papers easy, he went through them with me and explained any questions I had on them. Bob Foy and Todd Murray were great as well when I came back with a key fob that didn't work, they were friendly and quick to solve the battery problem. I had a check up for my 2006 Chevy Equinox's today at Morrie's Mazda. When I got there I was greeted by Christopher Dunn and he walked me back to service where I met Brett Mathison, and Chris pulled my c Morrie's Mazda. When I got there I was greeted by Christopher Dunn and he walked me back to service where I met Brett Mathison, and Chris pulled my car around. They diagnosed my car with a wheel bearing problem, and since they had the part there, my car was fixed the same day! What great service I received today, I would reccomend them to all my friends and family! More
We were looking for a used SUV as a 3rd vehicle that could handle our family. We looked online and saw a Toyota 4Runner we interestd in. At Morrie's we found it on the lot and were looking at it and t could handle our family. We looked online and saw a Toyota 4Runner we interestd in. At Morrie's we found it on the lot and were looking at it and the other used SUVs that were parked near it. James Warhoff came out on the lot and opened them up for us right away to take a look inside. We ended up looking at a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer with 75000 miless and a price tag of $11,000. The roominess of the vehicle and the tow package immediately mage it our primary choice. James got us a test drive and we discussed the pros and cons of the Trailblazer versus the 4Runner and the other options presented. He was honest about the vehicle's reputations, not attempting to cover up or hide the known issues on the vehicles. The only issue we had with the test drive was a minor vibration when braking. Once we made our decision (indeed it was the Trailblazer) he helped us through the approval process quickly and during the short wait for the loan officer he showed us around the facilities and generally kept us occupied & entertained. Once the loan process was complete it took us only a little bit to get through the paperwork and out the door with our "new" vehicle. At this same time they provided us the means to get the brakes looked at by the dealership to see if they were a real concern. Overall it was a great experience and we appreciate James' help and information. We got all the vehicle we wanted at a lower price (and mileage) than expected. More
