I had not anticipated the car to be so nice, especially considering it wasn't even ready for the lot. The second we got out of our car Adam approached us and introduced himself. He went and got the car we wanted to see and after some looking around, we went out for a lengthy test drive. (Longest test drive I have experienced, other dealers rush this very important part of the car buying process.) After coming back, we sat down and he asked us what he needed, filled out some papers, and while we waited he was very casual and professional. Todd Murry was also a huge help being one of the managers that helped us seal the deal financially. The atmosphere between all of the employees was very positive and you can tell they all care about giving their consumers what they want and need. The overall experience was "cut to the chase," and the whole process was explained in vivid detail. Everyone we spoke with in our deal made sure we understood everything and were clearly knowledgeable in what they were doing. Plus, free oil changes and free car washes as long as I own the car. I strongly recommend Morrie's in Chippewa Valley, Adam, Todd, and everyone else at this great dealer. Their slogan is "buy happy," and if you go to Morrie's I can assure you that you will. More

I can't find the words to express my gratitude to this company. I was in the market for a vehicle and during my tedious research; I stumbled upon Morrie's Chippewa Valley Mazda. I was a bit hesitant becau company. I was in the market for a vehicle and during my tedious research; I stumbled upon Morrie's Chippewa Valley Mazda. I was a bit hesitant because they were located all the way in Chippewa, WI and lived in Burnsville, MN. My biggest fear was driving 100 miles to this location and not get the service I deserved. I called and spoke with Diana Knapp, customer service agent, who assured me I would be taken very good care of. I got up the courage to drive there to see what this dealership was all about, and to my surprise I was blown away. From the time that I entered the door the atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming. I met my salesperson James Waroff and he went over everything with me. He used words & terms that I could understand (he was not technical). He was very patient and kind. I also met the sales manager Nate Rivers, who was very understanding. Despite all the questions, concerns and worry that I had, they were both patient with me until the end. At times I had to pinch myself to make sure I was still awake. To make a long story short, I bought a 2010 Nissan Maxima. The entire process was great. From the time I picked up the phone and spoke w/ Diana to my keys being handed to me it was GREAT. SHOUT OUT TO MORRIE'S CHIPPEWA VALLEY MAZDA.. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!! More

We purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda 6 from here and the front tires were low on tread. They measured the tread depth and found that they were in need of replacing. This to me is a big perk to buy here as we know how Wisconsin roads are full of salt in the winter and with them drying it I don't have to worry about my doors freezing. This was all free of charge with their Buy Happy Program which is great, especially with Christmas only a week away.
