The website did state that from start to finish you work with one person and I worked with so many people, and when I had my appointment to pick up t The website did state that from start to finish you work with one person and I worked with so many people, and when I had my appointment to pick up the vehicle I was expecting one person and got another, he was SO nice but something I wasn’t notified about. I had mine own financing set up and was confident in them and was happy with it. I felt like they were unhappy with that, I was asked multiple times to have my credit ran to review their financing. I really didn’t want to do that but kept getting asked and it got irritating. I’m happy with the vehicle we got but we originally had an appointment for a specific vehicle and it was sold when we showed up to test drive it, we drove an hour and didn’t even get a phone call. I guess I would have expected that the vehicle would be set aside and if someone comes in you would say sorry someone is looking at that but we can call if they choose not to go with it, I just thought that was odd and very frustrating for us.
