I thoroughly enjoyed working with the guys at Morries. I never once felt pressured into something I didn't want, and Scott took the time to go over every concern I had with my new Avalanche. The entire sales team was gracious, and treated me and my 8 months pregnant wife with respect, and dignity. They even came to my home to get my trade (I wasn't expecting to buy a car that day). I also love the buy happy promise with the no cost oil changes, and car washes. Those little things are what makes Morrie's the first place I will go to in the future. I'm not impressed with how they treated me about the tires. Frankly the tires should have never passed inspection, which is illegal in Wisconsin. I brought it back about a week later to have them balanced and the service manager said, "we did what we could, but those tires are in pretty bad shape." After that, I don't really feel the inspection department is too great. I only have 8000 miles on the truck since I bought it and the tires are completely bald. More

Bought my first brand new vehicle here. The experience was great. Christopher Dunn was extremely helpful, respectful, and knowledgable. The finance guy was very hardworking and got us a great rate. I've been looking for a vehicle for a while now, never really finding what I really wanted. I test drove a few different used vehicles during my visit with help from Scott and Daniel. After finishing up with the test drives and my visit at Morries Chippewa Valley Mazda, I informed the guys that I would be back in the morning to decided whether or not I would purchase a vehicle. Daniel asked me if anything really stuck out for me, I replied, "Not yet, but if you happen to come across a Black Malibu LTZ, you should let me know." He said he would, and I headed home. Later that evening I received a call from Daniel, low and behold, he got wind of a Black Malibu LTZ that had come in that evening. I told him I would be in in the morning to check it out. When I arrived the next day, there it was...EVERYTHING I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR, a black fully loaded Malibu LTZ!!! My time had come. I took it for a spin and within a few hours, a couple bottles of water, coffee for my boyfriend, and damp tissues from the nervous sweats awaiting for approval in financing, I purchased a quality car the fits my lifestyle perfectly! :) Not only did I get the car, but also purchased an extended warranty, and a "buy happy package". BEST IDEA EVER!!! When I got the car home, i noticed a few flaws. I notified the service department and set up an appointment. When I took the car in, the team was welcoming and friendly. I asked for an estimate of the work to be completed, and within minutes my keys were returned to me along with the car, all shiny and clean from the detailed hand-washing complimentary of the dealership, and a service report with a balance of $0.00! I was impressed. The friendly, hand-written thank-you card I recieved a few days later was the icing on the cake. I am a "buy-happy" customer, very satisfied with my visit and purchase from Morries Chippewa Valley Mazda!! Thanks for the excellent experience! More

Sales person was friendly and helpful, but as Morries is a low profit, high volume dealer they don't know their vehicles well. They would have sold me a rolled over, frame damaged vehicle without disclosing a low profit, high volume dealer they don't know their vehicles well. They would have sold me a rolled over, frame damaged vehicle without disclosing this information if I'd been an uninformed buyer. If you plan on purchasing a used car from them be diligent in researching the vehicles history, and have it inspected independently before buying, both of which should be standard practice whenever purchasing a used vehicle of any sort. As it seems that either the salespeople sell so many cars they dont have an opportunity to check their history, or if they do, their not willing to disclose it, which happens to be a violation of the law in Wisconsin and can get their dealers license nicked. More
I was very happy with the service I recieved. I felt the price was very reasonable and have had no problems with the vehicle. hey my name is frank i stopped in today after work to look at a jeep that i noticed when i went past a couple days ago when i pulled in and parked adam was the first one to greet me he must have been jus look at a jeep that i noticed when i went past a couple days ago when i pulled in and parked adam was the first one to greet me he must have been just getting to work. Right away he seemed like a good guy asking me what i would like to look at and not beein pushy like 95% of car salesmen he asked if i would like to take the jeep for a ride so we did he was very friendly on the little ride around the block that we took talking about other things and not really the vehicle which was very nice because he wasnt trying to push me into buying the jeep and that was a big plus. While we were waiting to see if i would be approved for a loan I asked if we could take it down the highway to see how it rode at higher speeds he was more then happy to hope in and go. When we got back we waited a while for the bank to get back to us but it didnt seem long at all because adam had alot of other stuff to talk about he was very helpfull with everything i asked him everyone was very friendly and not pushy everyone seemed down to earth and easy going all and all i bought the jeep and adam made it and awesome experince now to just drive my new jeep and see if i got a deal but if it wasnt for adam i dont think i would have the jeep thanks adam and the morries team i would recomend you in a heartbeat More

The customer service at Morrie's in Chippewa Falls was phenomenal. Scott Phillips was the salesman who helped me in purchasing my new Mazda3. I had never owned a new car before, and Scott was amazing at explaining and showing me all of the details of the Mazda3, as well as showing me the difference between the Mazda6 and Mazda3. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. While sitting and waiting for the financing to go through, I had about 4-5 different people come up to me to say hello and introduce themselves to me. To me that shows that the entire staff cares about customer service and wants to make sure that everyone walking in the door is happy and being taken care of, even if they are not the one selling the car to that person. I can say I am very happy with my new Mazda and I know I chose the right car for me! Just based on the customer service, I will without a doubt return to Morrie's for my next car! More
