From the beginning I had sales men from Mazada try to make my first time in buying a car a trustworthy and relaxing experience. I really felt they were truly not working on commission but on the satisifa make my first time in buying a car a trustworthy and relaxing experience. I really felt they were truly not working on commission but on the satisifaction of me as a customer. The car I had finally purchased after hours of looking around other lots was mostly due to how the sales men would meet me half way ,if not more, on fixing little items like the heating fan, to guaranteeing in writing that a faint sound in my car was not something that would cause my transmition to be replaced. Though I couldnt thank anyone more than my uncle who as a mechanic could tell subtle problems each car has. Hes a tough man to make happy but while driving out with my first car i have not heard of such praise hes had toward a dealership. Its a safe bet Morrie's Chippewa Valley Mazada and Daniel Sonsalla will be seeing both of us in our future car purchases. I appreciate the time you took in making my first purchase a very easy experience. More
I came in to the dealership to see the used car inventory. I had not planned on buying a car so soon as I had planned on purchasing a brand new car in the spring but my only car sprung a random oil inventory. I had not planned on buying a car so soon as I had planned on purchasing a brand new car in the spring but my only car sprung a random oil leak and was going to be in the shop for some time. When I went into the dealership i explained to them my situation. We are a military family struggling to save money to purchase a new car in the spring. My husband goes to school and serves in the national guard and I run a non-profit providing services to low income families so we needed a reliable inexpensive car and fast as our only car would be in the shop for a while waiting on repairs. I told them that I dont care what it looks like or if it is ugly, rusty or has cosmetic issues as long as it is mechanically sound and would be safge for my 3 small children. I found a car i liked and went on a test drive. The WHOLE time i was in the car asking about certain issues that made me nervous about it the salesman would sweep it under the rug per say and tell me how great a deal i was getting so that shouldnt matter. he made sure to tell me they have been selling cars that didnt even run... i really found that HARD to believe but i am a shy nervous person so i wasnt as persistant as i wanted to be. After returning to the dealer ship it seemed like they went crazy and just started pushing papers at me never giving the ability to ask questions about things that concerned me nor answer any of the questions that i had. I had also asked at least 10 times to see the vehilcle inspection report, car fax and other reports prior to buying and they just kept shoving papers my way to sign and mafe idol chit chat... VERY supperficially nice. I told the salesman that I dont know much about cars and that i have been fooled so many times that i was nervous. he just seemed to take advantage of that fact. I asked the sales manager twice about the inspection report. I made it very clear that i expect it to be as accurate as possible so that i know what i am getting into. I even asked him if i went and had my own inspection done that if anything was not accurate on the one they did if they would be required to fix the issue. he told me that they would have to fix it unless it was something beyond their ability to diagnos. The inspection report showed everything in working order except a few bulbls that were out and that the a/c and hazard lights dont work. i drove the 3 blocks home to my house and upon getting the car home i tried to inspect it to replace the bulbs. turns out EVERY ONE WORKS and to my surprise the hazards do too. I called the dealership immediatly to ask if there was any way there was a mistake on the inspection report. the salesman told me i just got lucky and maybe those were randome electricle problems. The next day i decided to drive the car into eau claire to do some grocery shopping. to my surprise as soon as i got on the highway and exceeded 45mph that spedometer went crazy and bounced everywhere. I called the dealership again and left a message. The salesman called me back and i explained that there had been mistakes made on the inspection report that things that they said didnt work actually did and things like the spedometer that passed inspection didnt actually work. I told them i strongly feel that there had been a mistake made and i was worried because i didnt know what to do. All the salesman would do would get me a number for a repair shop and advise me to have it fixed. When i explained that the inspection report didnt show the problem he just pushed it off as "bad timing". they didnt even try to fix the mistakes or admit that there were MULTIPLE inconsistancies in the inspection report or even make a single attempt to correct the problem. There is no way i would have bought the car if this had been disclosed to me. Not only did they provide a false inspection report, fail to address my concerns and rush me through the buying process without giving me the ability to ask questions they also lied to me about the length of time they had it on the lot. He told me they had just gotten it in trade a week or two ago... in reality it was from another states trade-in and they had put almost 2,000 miles on it since getting it in as a trade. They knew that the spedometer didnt work and hide that fact. 4 different sales people made it a point to tell me how good of a deal they thought it was and that they were going to buy it themselves... i guess knowing that the spedometer didnt work prevented them... i was not so lucky. I had originally planned on returning to this dealership in january to purchase a new car for myself and a newer truck for my husband. I made sure to tell them that as well. I do NOT have any intentions of returning to that dealership nor anyone affliiated with them. I am not angry that the inspection report was not accurate. I am angry that they dealership refused to address and correct the inconsistancies. More

Went in knowing what I had to get and was able to quickly get the deal wrapped up and financed at a decent rate. Overall the experience was pretty good, would have been a perfect 5 across the board had ther get the deal wrapped up and financed at a decent rate. Overall the experience was pretty good, would have been a perfect 5 across the board had there not been any pressure put on my girlfriend to buy a car that she didn't need and couldn't afford. Also one of the bolts on the rear license plate was broken and stripped out and I wasn't made aware of that, so I will have to drill and tap that out to properly bolt my plates up. Aside from that a good experience. More
Bob Foy was great to work with. He was very informative and not pushy at all. I did feel a little uncomfortable working with Kevin. He appeared to take over the sales process as though Bob couldn't do it and not pushy at all. I did feel a little uncomfortable working with Kevin. He appeared to take over the sales process as though Bob couldn't do it on his own. I felt that this discredited Bob. We were looking at a new 2011 vehicle and thought that the price should have been a little lower since 2012 models are already out. I also didn't think the trade-in price they offered for my vehicle was that great (Two other local dealers offered a higher amount using the same "Best Price" sales process.) I felt as though Kevin was pushing for me to purchase that day but Bob was much more understanding and patient. Great job Bob...I hope they let you work on your own in the future. More
Entire experience was great. Went in just to "look". Dave was a very friendly and helpful salesman. I did not feel pressured at any time.
