Daniel was great to work with, very friendly and knowledgable about the vehicles. He was not the sterotypical salesman and appeared to truly care that the customer is getting the right vehicle for them. Lauren was also great to work with in the finance department. It was awkward to have to ride with the guy who determines the trade in value, he did not go out of the way to ensure I was comfortable, as the other staff did. It wasn't a bad experience, just awkward. More
I have been a loyal customer of Morrie's Chippewa Valley Mazda for many years. They have excellent customer service, have a knowledge-base on the vehicles they're dealing with, and have been willing to wor Mazda for many years. They have excellent customer service, have a knowledge-base on the vehicles they're dealing with, and have been willing to work with me to get me exactly what I need. I can tell that they work hard on getting you the best deal and the best interest rates for loans. Beyond that, I have loved every Mazda vehicle I've owned. The service department is always very friendly and easy to work with, as I've gotten all of my oil changes and interval services done there. Five stars in my book. More
I came to Morrie's looking for a car to replace my last one that broke down. I arrived and was helped immediately, was able to take the car I wanted for a test drive and got the car I wanted without feelin one that broke down. Chris was awesome! He greeted us in the parking lot as soon as we got there! We made the almost two hour trip to look at a Subaru my boyfriend had found for me online at the Chippewa Valley Morrie's. I de soon as we got there! We made the almost two hour trip to look at a Subaru my boyfriend had found for me online at the Chippewa Valley Morrie's. I decided it was time to trade in my Focus and get something safer and AWD! Chris answered all of the questions I had and if he didn't know the answer, he found it out for me! Overall, customer service is fantastic!!! I only rated the overall experience as "good" because it took forever (we were there nearly 8 hours that day) to find a bank that would finance the car with the trade that I had. It had nothing to do with Chris or Morrie's.. Just the banks!!!! Thanks again Chris!!! I will recommend everyone I know to you! They will have lots of fun with all of your stories! More
As a college student that is graduating soon, my parents wanted to help me find a vehicle that I could afford and one that would be reliable enough for me living on my own. We went to Morrie's to just look wanted to help me find a vehicle that I could afford and one that would be reliable enough for me living on my own. We went to Morrie's to just look around, but right off the bat the vehicle I eventually purchased jumped right out to us. Scott was really helpful in discussing the vehicles features and asking me what I was looking for to best help me find a vehicle. After the test drive we knew we really wanted the vehicle, so Scott turned things over to Nate to discuss a possible trade-in and my financing options. Everyone at Morrie's was very helpful and friendly which made my first major car buying experience a great one. More

Taken me a long time to write this review. Todd, my apologies. We had been in the market for a new SUV for a while and were driving through dealerships in the Eau Claire area while visiting relative apologies. We had been in the market for a new SUV for a while and were driving through dealerships in the Eau Claire area while visiting relatives for Thanksgiving. We had ZERO intention of buying a vehicle that day. Not one of the dealerships had the vehicle we were looking for, a GMC Envoy XL. We had pretty specific needs and wants, and as day was turning to nite we drove through Morrie's lot, the last one of the day we were planning on driving through. There was the truck we were looking for. Todd was very friendly upon meeting him. He explained everything he could about Morrie's as a dealership that he could. You could tell he was well rehearsed and new the policies and programs there. I really hate buying vehicles. A lot of money spent for something you really don't know how it's going to get along until way into the ownership of it. Todd assured me about the "Buy Happy" program making sure they wanted us to be happy with our purchase and what they would do to make sure we were. A test drive later and we were in the service bay under lights (since it was dark outside, and cold) inspecting the vehicle. I had mentioned a "moan" coming from the front end while on the test drive, but we weren't sure exactly where it was coming from. Long story short, we drove the vehicle off the lot that nite. They were going to send someone to Stevens Point to pick up our trade in the next week. That was on a Saturday evening. We needed to head back to Stevens Point on Sunday. The next morning, Sunday, we started the vehicle and the "Service Engine" light came on and wouldn't go off no matter what. Also, the rear speakers were not working properly. Did I mention that I HATE buying vehicles? I called Morries and left a message (Sunday) and told them I was leaving the vehicle at my folks house there in Eau Claire and they needed to send someone over to pick it up. Todd called me on Monday and said he himself was going over to get it. He was very courteous to my mother when he picked it up and shortly thereafter he called me and told me that it was a thermostat, and it was being replaced that day. He also explained that there was an electrical module in the back seat that controlled the sound for the back that was causing the problem with the speakers. They had to order that part. Todd informed me that they would deliver the vehicle when they were scheduled to pick up our trade, and when the part came in for the rear sound, they would call and schedule an appointment. The part came in, they called, we scheduled for us to stop in on the 23rd of Dec (which was the next time we'd be in Eau Claire) to fix the rear sound. By the week of the 23rd, I'd pretty much decided that the "moan" I had mentioned in the test drive was a wheel bearing. I sent Todd an email the day before leaving for Eau Claire and told him I wanted it checked out if it could be while we were there getting the sound module replaced. I didn't hear back, but I knew it was short notice. Upon arriving at my scheduled time, the service manager had everything ready to go, and he mentioned they were going to check out the "moan". So much for the long story being short, but they replaced the wheel bearing no charge. Todd was always friendly and courteous, even when I was giving him such a hard time through the process of buying the vehicle. He has recognized me each time I've been in the dealership now and always has a smile. I'd have no problem sending my sister or parents to deal with him. Knowing that they took care of me and my family as they did, helps take a LITTLE of the hate of buying cars away. I'll definitely visit Todd to see if any future car needs can be met by him. More
Todd Murray was a real pleasure to deal with. There was no pressure, and he was well informed about the buying process as well as the car we were purchasing.
