The personnel at the dealership are all friendly and helpful. Adam and Scott made sure we got the best deal on the car we wanted. James, the manager, has been great to work with. I have been working with Morrie's Chippewa Valley Mazda since 2007. I have gotten all of my service done there on my Mazda6. Every single time I am there, every person that walks passed me smiles, Mazda since 2007. I have gotten all of my service done there on my Mazda6. Every single time I am there, every person that walks passed me smiles, says, "Hi," and almost always starts a very genuine conversation with me. I honestly cannot believe how friendly of a place it is to be. I went in today just "looking." Daniel was the first person who met me. He was so personable and friendly. I felt like I could be totally honest with him about what I was looking for and what I wanted and I could tell he was being genuinely honest with me. I walked out of there with a 2010 CX-7, which I got for a GREAT deal. They gave me an amazing trade in price for my Mazda6. Mazda's are such great cars. I am pretty sure after now buying my second car from Morrie's Chippewa Valley Mazda, I won't go anywhere else. Daniel was a phenomenal person to work with along with the others I worked with as well (Todd, Loren, and Nate). Thank you! More

I want to say the sale and the vehicle itself was great. I did not include my salesman in this because he was great to work with. The most important statement is this: DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY! This is ex I did not include my salesman in this because he was great to work with. The most important statement is this: DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY! This is exactly what they do. They pitch you a great warranty deal (mine covered nearly every possible part that doesn't have normal wear and tear.) This gets them an extra $2000 on the sale of the vehicle. HOWEVER, they do not send the application to the warranty company until you need to use it. (A scam way of making an extra $2000.) First, I bought the vehicle in April, 2012. The vehicle needed bearing work in December 2012. They finally find the problem. They tell me they will send in the "repair request" to the company to approve my repair. It took almost FOUR weeks to hear back just to find out they had a couple "forms" I needed to sign. They didn't tell me what they were. A few days later I get a letter from both Morrie's and Warrantech (warranty company). Warrantech says my application was declined and the dealer should issue a full refund. Morrie's sent me a warranty revision form. Original coverage that the signed contract states was 54,000 miles or 54 months whichever comes first. They reduced it to 25 months and 24,000 miles. However, they still wanted to charge me $2000. As you can see, Morrie's has broken the contract that both them and I have signed and taken my $2000 that I have been paying premiums on for 12 months (it is now April and it isn't resolved). I tried to work it out reasonably by agreeing on a fair price for the new warranty. From there on, Loren Patten continued to ignore any communication from me. I then contacted Bill Bertrand, the manager, and he seemed concerned and acted as if he would get it resolved right away. I kept checking back with him week after week, and eventually he ignored communication as well. The ONLY reason I would ever buy from them again is because of their great price on vehicles but would NEVER agree to any sort of warranty again. Bill Bertrand and Sarah Starck finally contacted me at the end of April, which is 4 to 5 months after my problem, to issue a full refund of the warranty and offer to fix my vehicle. I saw the warranty check from Morrie's through email. I still have to see if the bank has received it. Problem on the vehicle is yet to be fixed. More

We would recommend Daniel to anyone we know and the whole crew at Morries as well. The next time we are in the market for a vehicle, we know where to go. More

I have bought used cars from various dealerships over the past 6 years (since age 16) and this is by far my most favorite visit so far. I started working with Daniel Sonsalla back in January when I found a past 6 years (since age 16) and this is by far my most favorite visit so far. I started working with Daniel Sonsalla back in January when I found a cool car but passed on it. I did a TON of research on the Scion XB second generation model and when I saw that they had just got one in on trade I hurried over there to test drive it. James the managers brother was the one who traded it in so it made me have peace of mind knowing somewhat who drove it and where it came from. I ended up working with Scott as I forgot Daniels' name (sorry again Dan), and Scott made me feel like a person at a dealership. He listened a lot while I babbled and while we were on the test drive, we barely even talked about the car which made me extremely comfortable that he felt no need to push it on me. We would step outside and chat "man to man" and I would tell him my concerns and he listened(not heard, which is a big difference). The windshield was cracked and the car needed body work. I purchased the car on Wednesday and they had the windshield and body work done by Friday at noon! I rated the price of the car as good, because even though the price was excellent for the area, everyone always overpays for cars at dealerships, and I rated the overall experience as good because when working with the financing, I felt somewhat pressured to get the warranty, which I cancelled the following day and thankfully Loren acted very respectful of my wishes when I explained why I didn't want it. I really appreciated that Dan and Scott were able to split the numbers and both act extremely professional as far as I could tell. I told Dan and Scott that I plan on coming back to replace my girlfriends car within the next year or two and I can't wait to work with them again. When I was going to take off with the car, Dan asked if he could get a picture of us next to the car, and I thought that was extremely cool as I could tell how much pride he takes in his customer service!!! I know I was about as annoying of a buyer as could possibly come through the door, but they took everything I threw at them and made me feel great about the purchase in the end. I can't wait to enjoy my new old car and hopefully see everyone at morries again soon. More
Morries was the second dealer we stopped at, I have a difficult time making up my mind, they did not pressure me to much when I said I wanted to look at other lots before I bought.
