Chippewa Valley Mazda

This is my fifth vehicle purchase that I have made, and I want to make it clear that this was the BEST experience that I have ever had. Jessiah Haas went above and beyond expectations to make sure that we we want to make it clear that this was the BEST experience that I have ever had. Jessiah Haas went above and beyond expectations to make sure that we were happy with our vehicle. I had contacted Jessiah prior to going to the dealership with a specific car in mind. He was able to provide me with valuable information not available on the website. Upon arriving at the dealership, Jessiah met us with a smile within minutes. He had already had the vehicle ready for us to test drive, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I had my boyfriend's father, Steve, come with me, as my boyfriend was unable to make it due to work. Jessiah was able to answer all of his questions and concerns, and trust me he had many. When Steve asked if we could get the vehicle onto the lift to check underneath, Jessiah was very accommodating and happy to arrange that, and did so in a matter of ten minutes. The mechanics were there to answer any questions Steve had. After the test drive, it was clear that I wanted to buy the vehicle, and I assumed because my boyfriend was not with to fill out and sign paperwork, that I would be unable to buy the vehicle that day, and would have to come back another day. Well I was mistaken. I was able to sign the paper work myself, bring the car home, along with the paperwork for my boyfriend to sign. Then to put the cherry on top, Jessiah offered to pick up the signed paper work the next day at my boyfriends work and save us the 45 minute trip back to the dealership. It truly was AMAZING customer service, and not just Jessiah, even salesmen I was not working directly with were so friendly and kind. When I did get home, I had a small problem with the vehicle's back hatch. I was able to contact Jessiah and he was sincerely apologetic, and moved to resolve the problem immediately. He arranged to actually pick our vehicle up at home, leave his for us to use and bring ours back to the dealership to have the small issue resolved. I have never felt so catered to, and really never expected to be taken so well care of. I highly recommend Morrie's Chippewa Valley, and more specifically, I HIGHLY recommend Jessiah Haas as your salesman for your next new or used vehicle purchase. I can promise that you won't be disappointed. More

I found out about this place through the internet and went on a spontaneous drive there with my dad. This being three hours away, I didn't know what I was to expect. The people there were very friendly and one, Austin, came out and helped us right away. He was very friendly, easy going and personable. We found the car that we looked at on the internet and were able to test drive it. I ended up deciding to buy it and we were welcomed inside to work out the details. Inside the dealership, everyone was super friendly and warm, and we even got some free beverages for coming from so far! The finance person, Scott, was also friendly and helped us get the simple paperwork done with quickly. This dealership is fantastic at inspecting cars and will tell you straight out what's good AND bad about the car. There's no sugar coating the truth and they're really good with the prices. I was very pleased with this place and the people that helped me and my dad with buying this car. The neat part is that these people aren't paid a commission for every car they sell and yet they're still very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back again. More

Our trip to Morrie's in Chippewa Valley seemed to be a waste but then we started discussing the type of vehicle and our price range with Chris Dunn. Chris listened to our needs, then asked us to take a look around the public before wholesale lot to see if there were any other cars we might be interested in driving. We did drive two. On each test drive, Chris was realistic about possible maintenance or concerns, while highlighting the benefits of each vehicle. The balanced approach allowed my wife and I to feel comfortable about our selection. Chris continued to walk us through the trade in and financing process, so we drove away in used Lexus ES300. Chris provided exceptional service in a genuine, effective way. To be honest, my wife and I will check in with Chris next time we purchase a car because of his approach. This may mean driving a few extra miles if he is still working in Chippewa Valley. The dealership does an exceptional job of financing customers in an easy, quick process that adds to the buying experience rather than a feeling this provides an additional painful step. I have referred coworkers and friends to look at Morrie's for their next car, since our experience was easy and enjoyable. We did not have buyer's remorse, quite the contrary, we love our new used car and feel Chris was concerned about meeting our wants and needs. I went to Morrie's Chippewa Valley Mazda in search of my second car. What I found was an beautiful 2004 GTO. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. After searching online, stopped at Morrie's on a Saturday afternoon. The place was super busy but the staff still took the time to say Hi and made sure that I was being helped. Left totally amazed that I was never pressured at any time to purchase a car. We test drove the Mazda 6 again and with his help we decided to lease one. Overall, it was a great experience, hassle-free and quick turnaround. Both sales agents were excellent.
