Adam sent a 5 min personal video with an overview of the vehicle which was extremely helpful and sold us on the vehicle. He was really helpful and friendly. Was told one thing and they did another. Purchased a used vehicle and trading in my old vehicle. The "manager" who appraised my vehicle for trade in went through this whole computer process Purchased a used vehicle and trading in my old vehicle. The "manager" who appraised my vehicle for trade in went through this whole computer process and politely explained to me that they could only offer me so much money for my vehicle because he would just it at "X" amount of money and to give me anything higher than that would result in very little profit for them, which I understood is a business and they are trying to make money so I took them for their word as they seemed genuine and honest which is supposed to be their whole business model. But when I check back a few days later to see what they listed my car for it was listed $3,000 more than what they had told me it would list as. I don't mind them offering me less money for my trade in than I wanted, that's business. I just don't appreciate being lied to about it. If your trying to sell yourself as the dealership that does right by the customer then you need to do right by the customer, not say one thing to them and then do something completely different. Just be honest and upfront not shady and underhanded. More

Finally a Mazda 5 Memorial day 2018 was my third new car purchase from Morries Mazda in Chippewa Falls. My first was in 2011 and was a Mazda 2. At the time we bought what we could afford and kept in mind my work travel. I can honestly tell you that car went through all sorts of crazy weather and I never had a issue, until my son grew. I bought my next new car the Mazda 3 Grand Touring in 2015. Scott F was a gem and spent about 6 hours test driving cars that day. I was torn between a used Mazda 5 or the brand new 3 with every bell and whistle. I had service guys and sales guys sitting in back seats to make sure I had room. Every single person was great. I loved the car but my son is now 6 foot and I just ran out of leg room. I called Scott F and he started the ball rolling but this time my husband asked me to think about it longer. I decided to "just take a look" when I met Chad. He was so down to earth, friendly and patient. I am so grateful that he was there that day because I almost walked away from going for it. I was a single mom 14 years ago. I had to park where I did not have to back up (my car was that bad) and now I am driving my dream car. I am happy, excited and proud of my very first solo purchase. Prices are very competitive and trade-in prices were fair. NO PRESSURE at anytime. I was encouraged to evaluate several cars and come back another day for more test drives. And the little things like telephone and email responses were always fast and accurate. In everyway it was a very positive experience at Morries I highly recommend them to you. More

Do not purchase the Buy Happy extended warranty on yor used vehicle from Morries. 4 months after purchase of my 09 Honda Accord the car is nocking and burning oil. They wanted hundereds of dollars to determine if it is a powertrain issue.. will only cover the cost of repair if you HAVE catastrophic failure and will charge you hundreds of dollars to determine IF it is covered under the warranty. They will only cover a $100 of the 5 hr diagnostic process and charge $100hr to determine if it is covered. If it is not coved under warranty you are just SOL. NOT what my sales person told me. Went to cancel my warranty, that I wouldn't have purchased had it been explained to me fully, and was only given a partial refund. They just refered to the contact that saves their own backside. Morries stands behind your purchase.. Ya right!! Lies! Spoke to a manager Nate about how unhappy I was and he told me my opinion didn't matter... More
