My wife and I were looking for a nice used car. I came in to look at a used vehicle and Chris helped me earlier in the day to test drive it. My husband and I came back that evening and Adam Olmstead helped us with the same vehicle. I had not anticipated the car to be so nice, especially considering it wasn't even ready for the lot. The second we got out of our car Adam approached us and introduced himself. He went and got the car we wanted to see and after some looking around, we went out for a lengthy test drive. (Longest test drive I have experienced, other dealers rush this very important part of the car buying process.) After coming back, we sat down and he asked us what he needed, filled out some papers, and while we waited he was very casual and professional. Todd Murry was also a huge help being one of the managers that helped us seal the deal financially. The atmosphere between all of the employees was very positive and you can tell they all care about giving their consumers what they want and need. The overall experience was "cut to the chase," and the whole process was explained in vivid detail. Everyone we spoke with in our deal made sure we understood everything and were clearly knowledgeable in what they were doing. Plus, free oil changes and free car washes as long as I own the car. I strongly recommend Morrie's in Chippewa Valley, Adam, Todd, and everyone else at this great dealer. Their slogan is "buy happy," and if you go to Morrie's I can assure you that you will. More
