We searched and found an auto on the internet that was at your dealership. When we arrived to check it out, it had just been sold. The next day he called and said that an auto just came in that matched what we were looking for....we came in, test drove it and loved it. (I could tell he really did his homework cause he knew all about the car and was able to match it up to exactly what we were looking for) We had a couple of service questions, Scott introduced us to Ryan the service manager and we were impresed with his positive attitude. After doing some searching and having a couple of bad experiences with previous dealers. We decided to have another look around before giving up looking for a different truck. Found a Chevrolet Silverado that we thought would work for us and went inside dealership to talk with a salesman. We were assigned Jessiah (Jess) Haas. Who turned out was new to the business but was very helpful and through. Very happy with his salemanship and general honesty. Didnt try to haggle or play down any conserns we had. Will deffinately send more business Morries way. Will recommend Jess to friends relatives and inquiring minds :) Over all our visit was a pleasant experience. We live about 2 hours away from this dealership and found them online. Once contacted via email inquiry they responded right away and set up and appointment with us for the following weekend. We made it to the dealership on Saturday, late, but we were instantly greeted and got down to business. We also had two toddlers and a teenager in our group but the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Chris Dunn showed us the cars that we had initionally went to look at, took me for test drives and thoroughly explained the cars. He easily answered all our questions. We ended up deciding on a new vehicle. The staff explained all the financial options and they were not pushy in making the sale. We were not able to take home the car that day since it needed the protective coating put on the following Monday. Once the protective coating had been put on and dried, Chris set up a time with us the next day to deliver the car to my work (a two hour drive from the dealership). Chris and his driver arrived on time, once again went over the vehicle and answered my questions. More

I drove 2 hours away yesterday to Chippewa Falls to look at a Dodge Durango. The staff was great and the help I recived from Jess by far made my buying experiance more than i could have hoped for.
