The service was good and they knew their product. I would recommend them to friends or family. The manager was aware of the car and what needed to be adjusted, Overall I would give the Morrie's Chippewa Fall recommend them to friends or family. Ed was very professional and easy to talk to about buying a used car. He was not pushy and we felt he was very honest with us. We came to Morrie's Mazda looking for a 4x4 that could get me through the Wisconsin winters. As soon as we walked in the door (okay, even before we got in the door) everyone was so friendly and not just b get me through the Wisconsin winters. As soon as we walked in the door (okay, even before we got in the door) everyone was so friendly and not just because they were in sales but I believe because they truly do like to have fun! Even though we had one small problem, Scott and Kevin worked with us to make things right. I am ending my week with a smile on my face. I just drove home my new Avalanche and I love it. I have to say I am impressed with Morrie's Mazda and we will definitely be back in the Spring to buy a summer vehicle from Scott. Scott went above and beyond and definitely earned our respect. Scott was very knowledgeable about the cars and extremely patient with the zillion dumb questions I asked him. Scott was never pushy, nor did he ever rush me(Scott, you do know you are supposed to sell the cars, Right?) Scott seriously seemed more interested in me getting the right car for me than any thing else. Wow! I had inquired about a Mazda6, so we took that for a ride, I liked that, but not sure it was the right car. Scott told me about the new engines in the Mazda3's, so I asked if we could take one of those for a ride, Scott got the keys for a gray one, what else? Really guys! a little color would be nice, white, gray and black are boring. Just my opinion! We took the 3 for a nice ride. Now I had to talk over all I had learned from Scott with my husband and seriosly think about what I wanted and needed in a new car. Thanks to Scott's guidance, so far. The next week I wanted Scott to compare two cars for me, so he had them parked next to each other when I went in for our appointment. We went back and forth comparing the features on each one and what I was getting for the money, this was a big help for me. I asked for a ride in the one I had chosen, we went for another nice ride. by the time we got back I told Scott that was the car for me. Scott seemed genuinely happy for me. The rest went fast and quite easy, they got the paper work and my new car ready for me and I went back that night to finish up the paper work, and to get my new car. Scott went over everything he could think of about driving the car. Scott is a genuine, friendly, caring, young man, he is professional and knowledgeable and a definite asset to Morries. I would NEVER recommend this Dealership to anyone! I bought a car there on October 6th, 2012 and drove all the way from the Twin Cities. I was looking at a used 2011 Mazda 3 that I found online and the bought a car there on October 6th, 2012 and drove all the way from the Twin Cities. I was looking at a used 2011 Mazda 3 that I found online and the price and miles were great so I made the trip to Chippewa to test drive the car and if I liked it, it would be purchased. Well first off, the sales staff didn't know their inventory, pulled the wrong car up and when I said that wasn't the one I set my appointment up for, Edward was confused and didn't know what to do. I stated the exact one I wanted and they ended up finding the vehicle (not that this lot is big by any means, so it shouldn't have been this difficult). The first thing I noticed on the car was that there was two pretty bad looking door dings on the driver side door and stated if I were to purchase the vehicle, those dents would need to be fixed, they agreed a 100% and said no problem to this. I ended up saying I would buy the car if and if only if, those dents were going to be taken care of. The Sales Manager (who was bald and didn't get his name) agreed and they PUT IT IN CONTRACT FORM SAYING THEY WERE AGREEING TO FIX THE DENTS, both myself and the Finance Manager signed this agreement. When I went to leave, the dents were STILL THERE. I went right back inside and asked why they weren't fixed, they then stated the Service Manager was gone and that they would follow up with me Monday, October 8th and set up an appointment for me in Bloomington, MN at that Morrie's and have the dents taken care of at that location, free of charge and sent me on my way. Monday, October 8th, never received any follow-up call from Edward like promised, on Wednesday I was fed up with the lack of NO FOLLOW UP, called Wednesday, spoke with Loren, the Finance Manager, explained the situation, said he would follow up with me the next day, AGAIN NOOOOO FOLLOW UP WAS EVER MADE.I then called again Friday, October 15th twice, explained NO ONE had followed up yet again, he said someone would. NEVER GOT A FOLLOW UP. Since this dealership is clearly run by a bunch of liars, I had my Father call for me, again, they said they would follow up. STILL TO THIS DAY AFTER TWO WEEKS, NOOOOOOOO FOLLOW UP. I hope they realize, they better figure out how they do business because this is a breach of contract and will be reported because it's a scam! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE, AND DO NOT, I CAN'T STRESS IT ENOUGH, DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP unless you want a handful of lies fed to you, and money hungry salesmen who clearly will say and do anything just to get a sale. I purchased a Jeep SRT-8 from Morries Chippewa Valley Mazda recently. I didn't know what to expect when I arrived. By the time I walked out the door with my new keys in hand, I decided that this is the Mazda recently. I didn't know what to expect when I arrived. The fashion in which the people do business at Morries Mazda blew me away. It is like nothing I've ever experienced at any other dealership. I worked at a new car dealership for 6 years so I'm familiar with the way most dealerships conduct business. I usually dread the thought of purchasing a new vehicle. However, when I left Morries Mazda I felt good. I didn't feel like I had been lied to, cheated, or screwed for lack of a better word. My salesman, Daniel, was extremely hospitable to the needs I required to purchase a new vehicle. The process was short, sweet and to the point; which was to slap me into my beautiful new dream car. I would like to personally thank Daniel, and all the employees at Morries Chippewa Valley Mazda for this wonderful car buying experience. I will definitely be purchasing more vehicles from Morries Chippewa Valley Mazda in the future, and I strongly encourage anyone reading this to do the same More
