Chris greeted us almost immediately, very polite and friendly. With construction all over the dealership, the car we were looking for was in the back of the lot and he readily went to get it for us. First I will say my saleman Jessiah Haas was great. He was bluntly honest if he didn't know something. He worked very hard to satisfy my needs/wants. He is honestly all around Great!! Within these first 3 Weeks of owning my vehicle I bought at Morrie’s Mazda I had nothing but problems. Coolant line unit (within the first hour of leaving Morrie’s), power steering pump ($550), both front tires with beads showing ($600), both front CV Joint Shafts ($600) and possibly needing a new Transfer Case (part alone over $2000)!! The only part they agreed to replace was the coolant line unit. After being told I was responsible for the tires and power steering pump, I stopped attempting to receive help from Morrie’s. As of now my $6000 vehicle I purchased within 30 days has already cost me multiple absent days of college, appointments and meetings. I guess it’s my fault for not having my trusted mechanic inspect the vehicle before signing to purchase it. More

I found a car I liked through carsoup.com and Morrie's was the location I could purchase it from. I found it online, called the dealership to make an appointment to test drive, drove to Chippewa Morrie's was the location I could purchase it from. I found it online, called the dealership to make an appointment to test drive, drove to Chippewa Falls and purchased my car all within 2 days. The customer service was great and it was like talking with family when my friend and I were test driving and talking with Dave. The dealership has a great atmosphere and you don't feel like you are being sold on anything, they are there to help you find what you want and need. This is my fifth vehicle purchase that I have made, and I want to make it clear that this was the BEST experience that I have ever had. Jessiah Haas went above and beyond expectations to make sure that we we want to make it clear that this was the BEST experience that I have ever had. Jessiah Haas went above and beyond expectations to make sure that we were happy with our vehicle. I had contacted Jessiah prior to going to the dealership with a specific car in mind. He was able to provide me with valuable information not available on the website. Upon arriving at the dealership, Jessiah met us with a smile within minutes. He had already had the vehicle ready for us to test drive, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I had my boyfriend's father, Steve, come with me, as my boyfriend was unable to make it due to work. Jessiah was able to answer all of his questions and concerns, and trust me he had many. When Steve asked if we could get the vehicle onto the lift to check underneath, Jessiah was very accommodating and happy to arrange that, and did so in a matter of ten minutes. The mechanics were there to answer any questions Steve had. After the test drive, it was clear that I wanted to buy the vehicle, and I assumed because my boyfriend was not with to fill out and sign paperwork, that I would be unable to buy the vehicle that day, and would have to come back another day. Well I was mistaken. I was able to sign the paper work myself, bring the car home, along with the paperwork for my boyfriend to sign. Then to put the cherry on top, Jessiah offered to pick up the signed paper work the next day at my boyfriends work and save us the 45 minute trip back to the dealership. It truly was AMAZING customer service, and not just Jessiah, even salesmen I was not working directly with were so friendly and kind. When I did get home, I had a small problem with the vehicle's back hatch. I was able to contact Jessiah and he was sincerely apologetic, and moved to resolve the problem immediately. He arranged to actually pick our vehicle up at home, leave his for us to use and bring ours back to the dealership to have the small issue resolved. I have never felt so catered to, and really never expected to be taken so well care of. I highly recommend Morrie's Chippewa Valley, and more specifically, I HIGHLY recommend Jessiah Haas as your salesman for your next new or used vehicle purchase. I can promise that you won't be disappointed. More
