Josh was fantastic! We went to Morries with the intention of buying 1 car but walked out purchasing 3, and throughout the whole process he stayed with us and kept conversation going. We live about 2 hours away from this dealership and found them online. Once contacted via email inquiry they responded right away and set up and appointment with us for the following weekend. We made it to the dealership on Saturday, late, but we were instantly greeted and got down to business. We also had two toddlers and a teenager in our group but the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Chris Dunn showed us the cars that we had initionally went to look at, took me for test drives and thoroughly explained the cars. He easily answered all our questions. We ended up deciding on a new vehicle. The staff explained all the financial options and they were not pushy in making the sale. We were not able to take home the car that day since it needed the protective coating put on the following Monday. Once the protective coating had been put on and dried, Chris set up a time with us the next day to deliver the car to my work (a two hour drive from the dealership). Chris and his driver arrived on time, once again went over the vehicle and answered my questions. More

I drove 2 hours away yesterday to Chippewa Falls to look at a Dodge Durango. The staff was great and the help I recived from Jess by far made my buying experiance more than i could have hoped for. He sat with me all day and made sure I had everything i needed and anwsered any and all questions i had about the truck honestly which was and is greatly appericiated. I told him about the 2 vehicles that I had looked at online. 2005 kia and the 97 Bonneville. we looked at the Bonneville first and David gave us his HONEST opinion on BOTH cars. Which was awesome because he was passionate about his reasons and honest as to why he thought what he did. Which made shoppping for a new car a FUN and AMAZING experience!! More
I was in the market for a reasonably priced used car in hurry. I called ahead and made an appointment to see the vehicle I was interested in and Austin had the car washed and warmed when we arrived. The Morrie's team has a fantastic little route set-up for test drives that includes good corners, an uphill climb and mix of highway and city driving. Austin was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer directly or get answers to all the questions I had. He was also wonderful about getting us coffee and making conversation while we waited for the paperwork to complete. I purchased an additional rust protectant (given the Minnesota winters) and when I told Austin we would actually be picking the vehicle up the next day he put my car in for the application first thing the following morning. When we arrived on pick-up day, everything was done as promised on a quick timetable and the car was completely ready to go. Loren helped us through all the paperwork and was attentive and courteous, even though the dealership was busy with shoppers. Loren made sure we had no issues buying the vehicle "across state lines" and we were in and out with all the paperwork in less than an hour. I paid a little more than I had wanted for the vehicle, especially after opting for the additional rust protectant, but given the dealership's no hassle/no haggle policy and their fantastic turn-around in getting the protectant installed next day, I can't complain about the final sticker price. I would definitely go see these guys again. More
