I must have circled the lot a hundred times before I actually stopped in. The thought of buying a car by myself was so scary and intimidating, my knees were knocking before I got out of the car. You were so approachable and sincere I felt at ease the second I shook your hand. I had questions, probably a lot of silly ones, and you answered all of them. Never did you make me feel rushed or "stupid." I love my CX9, it now has over 1000 miles on it and it depresses me , however every mile I’ve drove in it has been WONDERFUL! People comment on my car everywhere I go! Everything you said about the car has rang true. I love the interior and the third row is super comfortable. My favorite thing so far (besides all the fancy gadgets like bluetooth, Pandora, etc) is the way it has handled on the snow. It handled great and I felt safe and confident. The thought of buying another car hasn’t crossed my mind, but when it does I will definitely be returning to Morrie’s and Chris you better be there! I purchased a used vehicle which was a lease. Once all the paperwork was signed I was handed a "generic" key. This key has a chip in it. When I asked about another key I was told that they can only give m the paperwork was signed I was handed a "generic" key. This key has a chip in it. When I asked about another key I was told that they can only give me what was turned in. I called the next day and found out that a new key with a key fob that originally came with the vehicle would cost me over $300. The price of another "generic" key would be over $150, including a $80 activation fee.I guess it is something I should have asked about before I signed anything, but it wasn't something I thought about. I wasn't told it only had the one key, but then again I didn't ask. I just thought that since the sticker in the window said that it had keyless entry that the vehicle would come with it, guess not. More
We searched and found an auto on the internet that was at your dealership. When we arrived to check it out, it had just been sold. Scott asked what we were looking for and found four or five comparables an your dealership. When we arrived to check it out, it had just been sold. The next day he called and said that an auto just came in that matched what we were looking for....we came in, test drove it and loved it. (I could tell he really did his homework cause he knew all about the car and was able to match it up to exactly what we were looking for) We had a couple of service questions, Scott introduced us to Ryan the service manager and we were impresed with his positive attitude. Loren your finace manager made the paperwork/ buying/ financing easy. Overall I was very impressed with the company and will recommend to others! More
After doing some searching and having a couple of bad experiences with previous dealers. We decided to have another look around before giving up looking for a different truck. Did a search on computer for used car dealer central wisconsin. Found Morries Mazda Chippewa Valley Site. Looked at the used and pbw vehicles and decided to see what was on the lot. Found a Chevrolet Silverado that we thought would work for us and went inside dealership to talk with a salesman. We were assigned Jessiah (Jess) Haas. Who turned out was new to the business but was very helpful and through. Very happy with his salemanship and general honesty. Didnt try to haggle or play down any conserns we had. Will deffinately send more business Morries way. Will recommend Jess to friends relatives and inquiring minds :) Over all our visit was a pleasant experience.
