The buying process was a little long, but I haven't bought a vehicle from a dealership in a very long time. There was a lot of paperwork this time, but I don't think that is any fault of the dealership. I haven't had any oil changes or repairs thus far, but I have been thru the "free" carwash several times. I love my free carwashes for life, and quite honestly, I wash my car more often than I ever used to (good for WI salt). The facilities are very nice. I don't feel like I'm at a service shop with the nice waiting area. Everybody is very friendly. More

Beware used vehicles I didn't drive my used truck for a week but then realized there was a buzzing noise when the cruise control is on. I noticed a funny noise when I went over bumps which turned out to be two bad ball joints. I immediately replaced the wiper blades when I bought it as well. The place where you screw in the plates was stripped and our sales guy, Jake, didn't let us know. There's no way you couldn't notice that, or so you'd think. On top of all of this, I purchased the preferred warranty and took my truck to get it worked on. Which was for the ball joints and the company said they hadn't been paid yet so they couldn't cover the work. I called to ask how it was that they were out and I had just bought the truck. He said "I don't have a crystal ball, it's not something we could have foreseen. Things break." I saw how loose the tires were. They didn't just happen to be going in two weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. More
Always a GREAT Experience!!! This is the fourth car that we have either bought, or leased from Morrie's. Our salesperson for the last two cars, Austin is a top shelf salesperson. New Sheriff in Town I had been going to a major competitor with a "big name" on the same block as Morrie's faithfully even though the service was declining. After a final horrific experience, I decided to try their neighbor. Best decision Ive made in awhile! I usually don't consider spending money on car repairs a pleasure, but that was before I met Jamie. Whether you are there for repair or to buy, the first thing you notice is Morrie's is different. The atmosphere is inviting, the employees all carry a smile and an energy that screams "CUSTOMER FIRST!!". They somehow blend a state of the art facility with simplicity. But as consumers of service, we all know the experience is defined by the people, so let me tell you about Jamie. From the moment i walked in the door and Jamie smiled and said "Hello, what can i do for you?" I knew I made the right choice. I quickly changed from feeling like a customer to one of Jamie's close friends and he gave me the confidence that would continue once I walked out the door leaving my car in his hands. After exchanging pleasantries, I described my cars symptoms in very layman's terms (I am not a "car guy" by any means) for Jamie and while I realize this cant always be the case, he not only properly diagnosed the problem based on that, he nailed the estimate almost exactly as well as the time it would be ready for pickup. The trifecta of car service!!! In closing, I have never had a better experience with car service. Not only will I continue to go there, I would encourage anyone else to do the same. And I would also encourage other service centers to take notice because there is a new service sheriff in town, and their name is Morrie's. Thank you Jamie, we shall meet again. More

Great selection of cars. Great sales woman. I drove out with a very nice 2007 Chevy Silverado with 46000 miles, and it wasn't like many other car shops where (this doesn't work, that doesn't work) etc. It really is a nice truck. Very near "new condition". Melissa was absolutely a delightful sales woman. More
Horrible Customer Service I purchased my vehicle in July of 2015, I was offered the deal for 6 oil changes, and the unlimited car washes for $90. After purchasing my car I went I purchased my vehicle in July of 2015, I was offered the deal for 6 oil changes, and the unlimited car washes for $90. After purchasing my car I went in to get my car washed and the car wash sticker did not work. I went and asked the people at the front desk why it wasn't working and they scanned my sticker and said that the sticker was invalid, they gave me a new one and sent me on my way. I came back 4 times after this, throughout the time I've had my car and gotten 3 new stickers, each time they reassure me that the sticker will work, each sticker has not worked. Another time I scheduled my first oil change and they told me that it would take at the most, 20 minutes, so I took my car in at 4:00, and knew that I needed to get my oil change and be to work by 5:00, and would've had plenty of time to get there. It took them 50 minutes to get my oil change done...they didn't apologize for the time it took for my oil change, causing me to be late for work. I usually don't leave reviews on webpages but I thought that this was important to share. If you are looking for quality service, I recommend not going to Morrie's Mazda. More
Customer Service Second To None. I had heard the Morrie's radio commercials regarding their free "engine light check" program they were promoting. Several weeks later mine (engine lig I had heard the Morrie's radio commercials regarding their free "engine light check" program they were promoting. Several weeks later mine (engine light) had come on in my Wrangler. Not impressed with the service I had received from the dealership I had purchased through, I thought I would give them a try. Phoned the dealership and talked to a gentleman in the service department named Brett. From the get go he was very enthusiastic and willing to help. We set up an appointment within a few days. Much more impressive than my purchasing dealership. From the moment I was greeted by the door, I had known I had called the right place. Brett and his team were very outgoing and willing to help me, even though i was a new customer. Brett took down my information the best i could give him, myself not being much of a mechanical guy. He then walked me to the pleasant waiting room while he had a mechanic diagnose the problem. A very short wait later Brett returned with a detailed report and several options that he had available for me. He was very knowledgeable and made the experience easy. We scheduled an appointment for a time that worked for my schedule and I was back confidently on the road in no time! Thanks again for making it an enjoyable experience. More
