The very second I d This dealership is beyond horrible. Everything looks good with them until you pull off the lot and then after that you're screwed! The very second I drove my car off the lot the service lights came on and I wasn't even a quarter mile away yet. They agreed to fix everything however it took a lot of my time in hounding these people to call me back to get scheduled in their shop only to have to wait two months for it all to get resolved. I guess once they have taken your money they don't care anymore. Then after all this there was problems with the battery, tires, heated seats, sunroof, CD player, high beam lights, etc. etc. but apparently since they already fixed a sensor they had done their "due diligence"...give me a break! So of course I went back in to tell them how unhappy I was and that I would never buy from them again and you know what their solution was to that...how about we go look at some other cars on our lot...ugh! WHATEVER YOU DO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! BUYER BEWARE More

I was immensely nervous as this was my first experience buying a car. I was very apprehensive and had a long list of requirements I was looking for in a vehicle. Daniel Sonsalla had the burden of helping me that day. I was impressed and thankful for how comfortable he made me feel the entire time from the moment I walked in on through to walking out to my new car. He was very personable as was the entire staff. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. It truly appear that the employees enjoyed their jobs and were able to connect with one another well. Thanks so much Morrie's, and especially Daniel, for helping me through process! More

After visiting several other dealerships that day, and listing what we wanted, what we had to offer, and our budget...we were laughed off of every dealership we visited. Jake wholeheartedly accepted our challenge, and immediately went to work finding a vehicle for us. Todd Murray stepped in to help with financing, and went above and beyond to make things fit in our limited budget. James Stabe helped us with our final paperwork, and was quick and efficient to get us out of there and on our way after a very long day. I can't say enough good things about the team we worked with, and will recommend Morrie's to anybody who is out looking for a different vehicle. Absolutely incredible car buying experience from start to finish. Thanks, everyone! We love our new vehicle, and we will be back when we're ready for another! More
My fiancee and I just bought a 2011 Mazda 6 for her today. We worked with Melissa, who was VERY helpful, and understood what we were looking for with almost no information from us! We test drove one ot today. We worked with Melissa, who was VERY helpful, and understood what we were looking for with almost no information from us! We test drove one other vehicle, a Mazda 3 that was just a touch too small for us, but closer to our price point. Melissa mentioned the 6 (without ANY pressure to look at it, just as a point of interest) even though it was a little over our price limit. We drove it, and loved it. The finance department worked with our bank, and got us the better car, for the payments we wanted!! THANK YOU MELISSA! AND THANK YOU MORRIE'S!! :D :D :D More

Hello again. You may remember me. I wrote a review on here two years ago? About my Prius purchase from Morries? It went very well and everything was good? No? Oh. Okay. No-no... I - I just thought we had here two years ago? About my Prius purchase from Morries? It went very well and everything was good? No? Oh. Okay. No-no... I - I just thought we had something special. A... connection, if you will. I thought I was something more than just another faceless review writer to you. Well - I guess you'll take ANYONE's word for ANYTHING won't you? E-Excuse me... I have something in my eye... ...That's better. Sorry. Let me start again. Two years ago I bought a car from Morrie's. It was a 2005 Toyota Prius, and at the time everything went well. Since then - I've taken it in for my regular oil changes, and several times had maintenance work done. It's been a pleasure every time - That's why I tagged Brett Mathison on here. I've dealt with him about 90% of the time that I've taken the car in, and he's extremely friendly and helpful. I always get nervous around car service departments as they tend to make me wait an hour, then come find me and tell me I need a 'reverse sprocket flange' or something that invariably costs over $500. I've never had that at Morrie's. Partly because I bought a decent car, and partly because - even when I did need a new water pump after 18 months - Brett didn't put me under pressure or make me feel like I would die if I drove it without repairing it immediately. I'm a sucker for good customer service, and Brett is the main reason I returned to buy another car - so he should get some recognition for that. Like a badge. Or a hat - Yeah, maybe a hat? No - A crown. That's it. A customer service crown. He'll be SO happy when he gets his crown... Anyway - Last week I went back to Morrie's to buy another car. Another Prius. ...Yes - That's what I said... You know, there seems to be a fair amount of hostility towards Prius's (Prius'? Prii? Priuseseseseseses?) in this area. I'm not sure if it's because they are incredibly cool and people are jealous of me, or because I'M incredibly cool and people are jealous of me - but I'm sure it's one of those two things, and not the fact that the Prius is horribly impractical for driving in the snow. Look, we live in Wisconsin and have to accept there's a lot of snow. But the two months of the year that are snow-free - I'm living the dream! Joking aside, the Prius is actually pretty good at handling snow/ice - Better than the Dodge I used to drive, anyway. In fact, the only danger with the Prius is the emotional scarring from people mocking you for driving it. But enough about the car - Let's talk about Morrie's. So - I found it online, and met Scott who showed me the vehicle, and answered my questions. He was extremely helpful, and honest. I mentioned in my last review that the sales people were very open at Morrie's, and let me know if they weren't sure about anything - Scott was the same, and researched any questions he didn't have an instant answer to. He introduced me to Nate, who was going to help me get my auto loan. I explained what I needed the repayments to be each month, and Nate - very politely and delicately - explained that it wasn't mathematically possible to do that and still cover the cost of the car. He showed me how a calculator works and eventually I suggested a repayment that was still very low, but theoretically achievable. Nate said he wasn't sure, but he'd see what he could do. While we waited, Scott and I got to know each other. We chatted a bit. Then a bit longer. Then even longer. Then we sat through the awkward silence. Then we did that thing where you pretend to check your phone and stare at it intently even though nothing's changing on the screen. Then I asked if Nate had, in fact, gone home. Scott assured me that he hadn't, although looked a little concerned himself. I do understand that, as I'm an incredibly dull person to be around. Eventually, a different person came back out and confirmed they had been able to meet my repayment amount. There was cheering and whooping and dancing on tables. Ultimately though, they asked me to stop as I was scaring the other customers, and led me to an office out back. Now, I've seen the Sopranos so at this point I presumed I was about to be killed - But actually, I was just meeting to sign off on all the paperwork. I did that, and left with my new 2010 Prius - My daughter drove the old one home as she's inherited it from me. Later that night, I was sat in my Prius gazing at the various bits that light up and trying out different buttons, while humming the theme tune to 'Knight Rider'. (Don't lie - you do it too). When I noticed that my plates hadn't been moved onto my new car. Instantly - the 'Happy' that I bought from Morrie's disappeared. I was livid. I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say that my fury burned with the strength of a thousand suns. In short, I was really quite angry. I called and asked for Scott the next day. I was promised a call back around noon when Scott arrived. Sure enough, around 12:10 he called and I calmly and patiently how they had failed to physically transfer the plates. He, equally calmly and patiently, and very politely - explained that I hadn't traded in the old vehicle, so it would have been illegal to drive the old car without the plates until they transfer to the new car. I assessed this new information, and realized that instead of Morrie's failing to do something - I had been a little bit of an idiot in not figuring that out for myself. So I apologized and continued to enjoy driving my new car. I drove over 700 miles the day after I bought it with no issues at all, and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. So I would again recommend Morrie's - Not only for their customer service when buying the car, but also for their support over time. Just ask Brett about it when you visit. He'll be the one wearing the crown. More

The vehicle we purchased was valued around 10,000 (which was on the high end of retail), and It did not come with a warranty. We have had the vehicle for less than 6 month. I noticed it was riding funny lately. I took it in for an oil change at morries, and said it was both front wheel bearing and both front struts that needed to be replaced and it would cost $1000. I just thew $10,000 their way 6 months ago and now I will have to drop another grand? I know it isn't under warranty but to have put 3000 miles on a vehicle with just normal highway driving, Front struts and wheel bearing dont just burn out after 3000 miles. I would expect this shouldn't happen and that they would stand by it or give a discount on the work or something. I hope and pray there is no other issues with the vehicle. I am not ripping on Morries but just be careful and make sure you get the vehicle fully inspected by an independent mechanic and not just take their word for it. More
