Daniel listened to us and repeated back to us what we THOUGHT we wanted. Anyone who can repeat back what a person said actually is a great listener. Because Daniel did that--and because of three previous customers' rave reviews of Daniel and of Morries, we were confident that he would find us a good fit. He was patient with us when my husband and I didn't necessarily agree on something, and he let us talk it out. Once we found the vehicle we wanted, Daniel led us through the process like a pro, which he definitely is. He explained each step, the financing, the steps involved in trading in our old vehicle, steps involved after obtaining the bank's approval, etc. The whole experience was very smooth and painless. Daniel's customer service skills are excellent, and he anticipated some of our questions and was prepared with the answers, and any other questions we asked of him, he had the answers. Making such a big purchase can be nerve-wracking, but he made it easy on us, as did Bill Anttila and Scott Wheeler. I have told four people at work (so far) that they MUST plan to make a trip to your dealership because 1) they will be happy they did; 2) they will receive outstanding service; 3) they will be able to buy a vehicle for a good price; and 4) the vehicle they buy will be of outstanding quality. My sales advisor, Nariah Chapek, showed me various versions of the car and did a great job of finding a particular car to my liking. Then the test drive lead me to the decision that I wanted the car. Nariah, along with the other sales staff, made the purchasing process straightforward and stress-free, which I really appreciated.
