I went to Morrie's Mazda to test drive a Camaro. James Waroff came out and greeted us with a huge smile and such friendliness. We talked for a few minutes and then we test drove the Camaro. When we got back to the dealership I told James I didn't care for the Camaro and that I felt claustrophobic in it and it was too much car for me. At this point I was ready to get in my car and leave. I thanked James for his time and as he walked me back to my car he asked if I could spare a few more minutes and take a look at a couple of other vehicles. He asked me what feature of a vehicle was most important to me and I told him gas mileage was the most important. James asked me to follow him and said he had a vehicle that was perfect for me when it comes to gas mileage. He showed me the Kia Soul and I smiled ear to ear because I had already mentioned to my husband on more than one occassion that I liked the Kia Souls. James talked with Joe and me and we all went on another test drive. We both loved how much room was in the Kia and the gas mileage feature was AWESOME!!! After a few more minutes of talking, James had us filling out paperwork to purchase the Kia. James had already won our hearts and so did everyone else we talked to at Morrie's. It was by far the BEST experience I have EVER had purchasing a vehicle. I will recommend Morrie's, James, and Scott Wheeler to everyone I know and I will only do business with Morrie's from now on!!! :) More
Stopped in to trade in a car for a truck. State Farm Jake was very friendly and gave me answers to any question I had. He was happy to help in any way. The price was right on point. Chris greeted us almost immediately, very polite and friendly. With construction all over the dealership, the car we were looking for was in the back of the lot and he readily went to get it for us. We had Chris tied us for more than two hours and, I have to say, not only was he very patient with us, he we also a great conversationalist. First I will say my saleman Jessiah Haas was great. He was bluntly honest if he didn't know something. He worked very hard to satisfy my needs/wants. He is honestly all around Great!! He even attempted to help me with a few of my issues after the sale. He ran into road blocks with attempting to help me by his management. Now for the rest of Morries Mazda.... Within these first 3 Weeks of owning my vehicle I bought at Morrie’s Mazda I had nothing but problems. Coolant line unit (within the first hour of leaving Morrie’s), power steering pump ($550), both front tires with beads showing ($600), both front CV Joint Shafts ($600) and possibly needing a new Transfer Case (part alone over $2000)!! The only part they agreed to replace was the coolant line unit. After being told I was responsible for the tires and power steering pump, I stopped attempting to receive help from Morrie’s. As of now my $6000 vehicle I purchased within 30 days has already cost me multiple absent days of college, appointments and meetings. I guess it’s my fault for not having my trusted mechanic inspect the vehicle before signing to purchase it. More
I found a car I liked through carsoup.com and Morrie's was the location I could purchase it from. I found it online, called the dealership to make an appointment to test drive, drove to Chippewa Morrie's was the location I could purchase it from. I found it online, called the dealership to make an appointment to test drive, drove to Chippewa Falls and purchased my car all within 2 days. The customer service was great and it was like talking with family when my friend and I were test driving and talking with Dave. The dealership has a great atmosphere and you don't feel like you are being sold on anything, they are there to help you find what you want and need. I have recommended this dealership to several people and will continue to do so! Thanks Dave, and the rest of you that made us feel welcome, you have left a positive lasting impression. Keep it up!
