James was amazing, he instantly put us at ease with his manner and assured us that he would do everything he could to help us out in this tough situation and he delivered. We were able to exchange our SUV with one that he matched us up with perfectly. What could have been a long painful ordeal ended up being a pleasant afternoon with very happy results. A+ dealership and for sure A+ staff! James and everyone at Morries worked their butt off for us and we couldn't be happier with our new SUV, Thanks Morries! More
Came in looking for a vehicle that was reasonably priced and in decent condition. While looking, I was approached by Andrew Sonnentag. I had told him that I had found something I was very interested in out and in decent condition. While looking, I was approached by Andrew Sonnentag. I had told him that I had found something I was very interested in out on the lot. We proceeded to take the vehicle for a test drive. Andrew was very easy going, and enjoyable to talk with throughout the entire drive.Once back at the dealership. We sat in the car and looked over all of the options inside the vehicle. I asked if I could go for another drive with the car, and Andrew gave me the extra time for another drive. I ended up putting some cash down and applying for financing. This is when I had the opportunity to meet James Stabe, whom would be working with lenders in an attempt to get me financed. I had originally came in with a cosigner because my credit is a bit rough. James ended up finding someone who would finance my cosigner and I for the car I wanted with an excellent down payment , monthly payment, and term. When I was on my way down to sign papers, my cosigner backed out on me. A day or two had passed as I attempted to try and find someone else who would be willing to help. I went back on a Saturday, figuring I would have to give up on the whole deal due to my inability to find a cosigner. James listened to the issue I was having, and went out of his way to negotiate a deal with the lender who originally gave the appproval for my cosigner and I, to finace the car in just my name, finally allowing me to build my credit up again. I was shocked at the amount of work James had put into my particular situation. I am grateful for the time everyone on the sales and finance team put into my deal. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a pleasurable automotive buying experience to see the sales team at Morries. I am impressed and very pleased! More
I came to Morrie's just looking at cars to get better gas mileage seeing that a drove a 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche (very poor mpg). A 2008 BMW 32xi immediately caught my eye. "State Farm" (Jake Nelson) came up to me as soon as he saw interest in what i was looking at and asked me if i would like to drive it. Of course i said yes and off we went. He drove me out of the lot to a place where he could show me the entire vehicle and what it had to offer. We then went on a great drive in which the roads changed to where more realistic driving conditions occurred. The car took bumps like a champ and the acceleration was breath taking. Being that a BMW is the Ultimate Driving Machine that would be expected. When when we got back to the dealership everything was very upfront and explained perfectly. When i asked a question i didn't get that stupid feeling when i asked a question. Todd Murray had a detailed answer and a way to back it up (gas mileage, insurance, payments, and what my trade was worth). I was very disappointed that the previous Chevrolet dealership had sold me a truck with so many problems and i was very hesitant to buying another vehicle at a dealership, so i asked to have the BMW put on a lift so i could inspect the car myself. They had no problems with that and the car was lifted in Morrie's service shop. Everything checked out perfectly and in to Scott Wheeler's office i went. He explained everything to me in great detail and even gave me a 25 mo/25,000 mile warranty which made me feel so comfortable when buying this car. The 9 free oil changes and unlimited car washes was a great plus also. They truly mean it when they say "Buy Happy". Im extremely happy with the service they provided. More

The four people I had contact with were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They all did everything possible to make the experience as stress-free as possible. I was not intending to buy another car for many years but when my Mazda RX8 developed a terminal illness ( needs a new engine) I was forced to find another car asap!. James especially was so patient and sympathetic to my dilemma having owned the same model and he understood the emotional attachment I had and how difficult it was to replace it.. He went above and beyond by volunteering to transfer the items I had left in the Mazda to my new car. I was so distraught thinking I would cry like a baby if I had to do it. He even took extra time to place items in the new car exactly where I had them in the Mazda. Seeing my little angel hanging from the rear-view mirror brought tears to my eyes. The guys at Morrie's Mazda are great and really take customer service seriously. We went to Morrie's Mazda and approached them about financing first. We don't have the best credit and wanted to see if s customer service seriously. We went to Morrie's Mazda and approached them about financing first. We don't have the best credit and wanted to see if something would work before we took a look at what they had. They came back with a yes and gave us a price range we were very comfortable with (that fit our original thoughts). They directed us to two vehicles that were in the middle of the price range and they never tried to stretch our budget. They were open to the cars that we wanted to look at as well, though, and never pushed us. We were able to test drive three vehicles with Jake ("State Farm") and the route that he took us on was stellar (bumpy country roads and the freeway). We were very impressed with Jake's customer service and his friendliness. He listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and he was very knowledgeable. After testing driving the vehicle we wanted, we were fairly confident we wanted to buy it, but decided to shop at a few other places before we made a decision. The next day, we were back at Morrie's ready to buy. We worked with Chris to thoroughly check out the vehicle (it was night by the time we got there and they pulled the vehicle inside under great lighting). Chris was a great guy who was knowledgeable and friendly. After we made our decision, we worked with James to figure out the range of what we could put as a down payment and the financing options. He listened to the financial position we were in and worked with the banks to get us what we wanted (and he was upfront that some of our options were long shots because of credit). We got the financing we wanted, however, and signed the final paperwork with Loren—who was also a great customer service representative. All in all, we walked away with a great car, loving Morrie's Mazda. We would HIGHLY recommend it. A+! More

Scott Feldhausen is professional, personable and knowledgeable. I can say Scott has been the best car sales representative we have dealt with. Clearly he is a people person and has a genuine approach when talking with us. Scott is knowledgeable regarding the product line and clearly explained the functions of our vehicle. We will recommend this dealership and specifically Scott to our friends for any future car purchases.
