I have purchased three vehicles from them and think they are one of the best dealerships in chippewa valley. My extended warranty has helped me out every step of the way and morries especially bill anttila has done everything he can for me to make sure I'm a returning customer and truly keep me happy. Pathetic Service- You bought it - Your problem attitude DONT BUY A CAR HERE! My husband I and purchased a used car from Morries on October 4th 2014- 2010 GMC Acadia. It was a "Buy Happy" vehicle. We also DONT BUY A CAR HERE! My husband I and purchased a used car from Morries on October 4th 2014- 2010 GMC Acadia. It was a "Buy Happy" vehicle. We also purchased an interior and undercarriage treatment along with a 48 month warranty because we planned to keep the vehicle for a long time. During the purchase our salesman (Austin) was good to work with but that's where it ended. The vehicle was not cleaned well but we unfortunately overlooked that an made the purchase We scheduled a time to bring the vehicle back for the interior and undercarriage treatment. Because they only would offer the service on a weekday and do not offer a temporary vehicle both my husband and I had to take off work and drive two vehicles from Hudson WI to Eau Claire. We dropped the vehicle off and several hours later got a call to tell us that they wouldn't be able to perform the service because "The guy that does that went home sick." Again this is after we both took off work and drove 3 hours round trip with 2 vehicles to get there. There was time, money and gas involved. Second incident- 10/28/2014 we started the car to warm up as we had family in town from the east coast and had planned a trip to the cities. Within a few minutes the vehicle turned off and would not restart- (Thankful that this didn't happen while we were driving it). We did all of the basic checks- gas, jump start etc and then proceeded to call Morries to inquire about the warranty policy. We were told- "It might be the battery, I'm not a mechanic I don't know." They offered to replaced the battery if that's what it was AFTER I voiced my dissatisfaction but were extremely rude during the process. The "managers" gave me a -well you bought it its your problem attitude. - "well... it is a used vehicle.." "it has almost 90K miles on it.." None of those excuses were a concern when they were selling us the car. When I mentioned the previous incident- they told me told me that I could be lying to them - "well I don't know if that is true or not." I suggested they actually look into it and check with the service department and was told that they are too busy right now. So, they called me a liar but wouldn't look into the complaint... Now, I fully realize that there is risk assumed when buying a used vehicle but I would expect that it would be tuned up and serviced BEFORE selling it and that the managers would treat all customers business with respect. When I inquired about the exchange policy - they have a 30 day "buy happy" exchange policy and despite the PATHETIC service on multiple fronts, were unwilling to work with us. (We had not even had the car for 2 months) Again, DON'T BUY HERE. More
Great dealership to go I went to Morries today to look at a Kia Soul and well I went home with it. The staff there was inviting and extremely helpful. happy with my experience I found a car I was interested in on Morrie's website. I set up an appointment to test drive the car for the next day. I had surgery on my foot/ankle and am not able to drive at this time and I live 2 hours away, Tim kept me informed of what was happening via email. He was very helpful with the entire process. I used to buy from Eau Claire Ford, but now I'll buy all my vehicles from Morries Mazda. Sure glad we decided to shop there. It happened by accident, but now they have my business for a lifetime. We found that Morrie's had one - I stopped in Friday to take a look at it, and take it for a drive. A couple of hours later, I drove away with my new vehicle!!! Daniel was extremely helpful in giving me different options on my trade, and he even moved everything from my (full) minivan into the SRX while I was taking care of the financing paperwork!!! Amazing team to work with We went to Morrie's Mazda looking at vehicles, thinking that in our situation we would have to wait until next year to get a pre-owned car. He listened to our concerns as to why we had to wait. He showed us only the cars we thought we could afford. About a week later, Jake called just to touch base with us. I went in on Wednesday and he had me drive a new Mazda 3. Still thinking we would not be able to finance any type of vehicle at this time, he had my husband drive the Mazda 3. We decided to see if we could be pre-approved for a pre-owned vehicle and go from there. The team went to work for us. We were very surprised to find we were, not preapproved, but approved for the new Mazda 3. Before we left, Jake went over all the features of the Mazda 3. We want to thank the team that made it possible for us to get a new Mazda 3-Bill Antilla, Scott Wheeler, Nate Rich and most of all “State Farm” Jake Nelson. More
