A story about long distance customer service… In late November I was looking for a used Toyota 4Runner Limited on the Internet with a very specific set of options. After a long search I found the In late November I was looking for a used Toyota 4Runner Limited on the Internet with a very specific set of options. After a long search I found the vehicle I was looking for on Morrie’s web site. I then spoke with their Internet sales associate Sue Olson who got back to me quickly on a very specific set of questions I had. I then decided to drive to 3 1/2 hours to Morrie’s and take a look at the truck, arriving late on a Friday evening. I was impressed by the sales person Josh Roff, particularly because of something he offered me after I test drove the vehicle - he took the vehicle into their maintenance shop and raised it onto a lift to allow me to examine it from underneath. They even gave me a flashlight so that I could carefully check the chassis. I decided to purchase the vehicle but I was concerned about how I would get it home. That's when the sales manager offered to have two of their people drive the vehicle directly to my home the next day (Saturday). In addition, the sales manager told me that even though I was a long distance customer they would stand behind my purchase and help me if I encountered any unexpected issues. Here's where the story of their outstanding customer service begins. So the next day two gentleman promptly delivered the vehicle directly to my home. My kids were particularly excited about the because it had a rear DVD entertainment system. That's when an unexpected problem happened… While the DVD system worked fine, it lacked the remote control that was required to actually begin playing a movie (it was needed because there was no actual button on the system to press "start" on the DVD menu). So essentially I had a nice DVD entertainment system that was useless because we couldn't actually play a movie. That's when I called Nate Rivers at Morrie’s Chippewa Falls and asked him if they happen to have the DVD remote. They didn't have one but offered to pay for one if I could find it. After spending a few minutes on the Internet I was able to find the remote I needed. I contacted Nate again and he said that all I needed to do was send him a copy of the receipt and he would send me a check - which they did! I fully recognize that they could have said no because of the paperwork I had signed. This is what customer service looks like to me – they stood behind their word, even though I was a long distance customer. I highly recommend Morrie’s! More

It's worth the drive to buy from Morrie's I searched the Internet for a RAV4 for my wife and came across one at Morrie's. I called and talked with Melissa about the car and she took down all my information about my trade. I didn't want to drive two hours and then be "low balled" on my trade. Todd called me back and we talked for a while and he told me how they work at Morrie's. They price their vehicles to sell quickly and they will give you a fair price for your trade. We were very happy with our experience at the dealership. When we arrived Austin was out clearing the walk from the snow they were getting. He greeted us with a smile and brought us in and really treated us well. The test drive went great and Austin showed us all the features of the RAV. We are glad we took the drive. We will be back:) More
