My husband was looking for a very specific vehicle and located it at Morries CV Mazda. Unfortunately we live over three hours from the dealership. However, with Melissa's assistance, we purchased the vehicle over the phone and Casey provided a very detailed video of the vehicle for us to review. Both were professional and honest regarding the condition of the vehicle. The purchase was seamless and Casey personally delivered the vehicle to us and it arrived exactly as they described it, "excellent condition". Pleasant surprise I got to the dealership early, as I don't like dealing with salespeople. The vehicle I was looking at online looked just as good in person, although this was true...I wasn't planning on buying that day. Anyway, a sales guy named Casey came out and was real down to earth. He wasn't really applying any pressure at all, just simply answered my questions. Long story short, I ended up taking the truck for a test drive and then bought it. It was very convenient and painless. I would recommend Morries and further more the sales guy named Casey Bement. More

Adam great to work with This is the 4th Mazda we have bought. We are sold on Mazdas. First time customers of Morrie's (prior purchases were made from Polar in White Bear Lake This is the 4th Mazda we have bought. We are sold on Mazdas. First time customers of Morrie's (prior purchases were made from Polar in White Bear Lake, MN). Rather odd experience that turned out well. First contact via email and phone was with Melissa. We scheduled a Saturday appointment with her and fully expected she would be the person we met with--she gave us no reason to think otherwise. Got a call from Dave on Saturday morning confirming appointment (wondered why)--again no reason to think we'd be meeting with anyone other than Melissa. We were met at the door by several sales guys. . Asked for Melissa and Adam finally explained that Melissa was not a salesperson, he would help us. We suggest better communication to avoid the confusion we experienced. Adam was a pleasure to work with. We ended up with a new Mazda thanks to his efforts. More

Worst vehicle buying experience ever We have not have good service from Morrie's in Chippewa Falls. We purchased a car on Sept. 19th. Within 2 days we discovered a major water leak that We have not have good service from Morrie's in Chippewa Falls. We purchased a car on Sept. 19th. Within 2 days we discovered a major water leak that was never disclosed and also discovered other items that were "disclosed" within the paperwork, but were never pointed out. We should have seen the paragraph in the paperwork, I admit that, but you get so much paperwork we missed it. We feel that these items should have been pointed out by the salesperson and that paragraph should have been pointed out, read to us, or something, but they didn't. The salesperson made it sound like the boxes that were checked were nothing because he told they mark the boxes as issues even if it isn't an issue, such as if they see any speck of oil it is marked as an oil leak. Any sort of noise and they mark that as an issue. He never said that the noise was a slip in the transmission, etc. It was like they had it there so they could say it was disclosed, but hoped we would not see it within the paperwork. After we discovered the water leak on Sept 22nd, I started making phone calls wanting some sort of reconciliation and people would not even call me back. I did finally get a couple phone calls from Melissa, but James never once returned a call to me. Finally, Bill called me on Oct. 10th and we set up an appointment to have the water leak fixed. I brought the car in on Oct. 14th and the Service department thought they had it fixed. On Oct 18th when it rained, we discovered what appeared to be additional water on the floor, so I called Bill and left a message. I cleaned the water up and on hoped it was leftover water from before it was fixed. On Oct. 26th when it rained again, there was a puddle on the floor again. I called Bill again and we set up another appointment to have Service take a look at it. I brought the car back in, and the only thing they could figure out is the water was coming in through the window that is inoperable. We knew the window was inoperable when we purchased the vehicle, but were not told it leaked water. I asked what we would be given for trade in thinking we could purchase a different vehicle through them and they would be fair with the trade in value being we had just purchased the vehicle and we have made phone calls on it since 2 days after purchasing it. I was told that we would be given $500 for trade in. We paid $2200 for it just over a month ago! This made an already unhappy customer absolutely irate. I could not believe a place would be so inconsiderate of somebody who was not happy with a purchase and wanted to try and make good by purchasing a different vehicle from them, (and look it over much more closely so this did not happen again and most likely spend more money on a more expensive vehicle ) by offering such a minimal amount. It was a complete slap in the face. I did not expect to be offered the full $2200, but I did expect to be treated fair due to the situation, but I do not feel $500 is fair at all. After that experience, I will never purchase a vehicle from Morries again. This has been the worst vehicle buying experience we have ever had. More

Purchased a 2013 BMW 328i for a very great price, worked with the GM Bill, and sales manager Todd and they were great. Had Chad personally deliver my BMW which was a 100mile one way trip. Had some issues pop up after delivery, but Morrie's resolved them with no problem. Would most certainly buy from them again, hopefully not soon because I love my bimmer. :) thank you!! More

And zero pressure when I did not. They err all helpful and excited for me to do well. In the end I just felt that I belonged there and never like I needed to defend my position. They just get it. They wanted me to leave happy with my experience. So they didn't pressure, push, or wrestle me to win. They simply offered me their best expertise in locating me a car I liked in my price range. I would etc commend that you stop in and experience a dealer that knows you are not looking to waste time playing games. Give them a look and I think you will find they set you at ease. More
