Bryce was the guy who helped me. A couple things about him-arrogant, rude, dishonest, and cocky. Was considering purchasing a vehicle from them. Upon video inspection, it was revealed it has mismatched tires, and needed a tpms replacement. I was told I cannot have the vehicle held with a credit app and appointment set up. I live 3 hours from the dealership and like most Americans work a 9-5 job. My hours physically wouldn’t allow me to get there but I was willing to take the next day off work to come sign but was told the car can still sell from under me without a $500 deposit. The vehicle was priced 1500 over book value and I said I’d be willing to pay that provided the vehicle get delivered to me at no cost, the sensor fixed or a set of matching tires. Of which Bryce said no, very rude and cocky. Lost a sale because this dealership literally lied to me, advertised free 250 mile delivery, and won’t come down on an overpriced vehicle that they “just passed on fixing” a bunch of things. TAKE YOU BUSINESS ELSEWHERE I THANKFULLY WAS SMART AND DID NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHADY DEALER! DON’T BUY FROM THEM!! More

I would give zero stars if I could. I was sold a vehicle under the pretense that it had a certain feature that I asked for and wanted. It was literally the number one thing that I wante I was sold a vehicle under the pretense that it had a certain feature that I asked for and wanted. It was literally the number one thing that I wanted in a vehicle and I was willing to pay more for a vehicle that had it. I test drove a car and was told that it had the feature that I was wanting. It’s a shame on me for not double checking because it turns out that that feature is not on my vehicle and I spent $32,000 on a car that I hate! I regret going to this place more than anything ever! And I hope nobody else uses this dealership. If you do make sure you ask lots of questions because they will try to sell you a car and tell you it has features that it doesn’t actually have. Oh and my new car was smoked it!!! Also something I asked about. Something this dealship should have noticed since the evidence of smoking in this car was obvious. Again, shame on me for not noticing it but shame on them for lying when I asked about it. More

This isn’t just the floor service, this behavior goes up to leadership, management and HR. Hometown pride and integrity does not come with this dealer. Please take the extra time and drive to the cities or another dealership not owned or operated through this team. I would hate for others to have to go through the battle, dealing with people who lack integrity and lack of conviction to do what is right for the customer. More

Used Mazda turned out to be a total insurance lossI Used Mazda turned out to be a total insurance loss I bought a 2014 mazda3 a few years ago and as I went to trade it in recently, learned there was a Used Mazda turned out to be a total insurance loss I bought a 2014 mazda3 a few years ago and as I went to trade it in recently, learned there was a MAJOR accident a few months before I bought it. Entire front and drivers side was damaged, over 8k in repairs. Deemed a total insurance loss which was never disclosed to me. My parents were with me when I bought it and I have witnesses to the fact it was never disclosed. I was offered next to nothing for the car because of this. I called to explain what had happened and all the manager did was talk over me and claim they "legally didn't need to disclose that particular accident" although they did admit to massively overcharging me. I consulted a lawyer and he has sued them before so this was not the first time they have done this. More

I was working with a salesperson regarding a vehicle on their lot. We conversed all week about the vehicle which began on the Sunday prior. I ended up speaking to another salesperson about the same vehicle. I set up an appointment for Thursday to come drive the car. I live about 90 miles from the dealership. On Wednesday, I was notified by one of the salespeople the car was in the shop to replace a hose. We rescheduled for Friday. I told the salesperson twice on Wednesday to let me know if I should put a deposit on the vehicle. Then Thursday evening, I received a call stating the car had been sold on Thursday. I was never notified. Between two salespeople, they had no idea what was happening with that vehicle. There was a serious lack of communication within the dealership. I expressed extreme disappointment but all I got was a “sorry this happened”. The takeaway from this review is that if you show interest in a vehicle (used) at this dealer, you may never know that there is another story and unless you throw money at it, along with your interest, you have no guarantee the vehicle will still be there the next day. More

Less than 24 hrs later and after about 5 hours total drive time check engine light comes on. We go straight back, and they plug in finding out the thermostat is out.... hmmmmm claimed there was a full inspection done on this vehicle... the manager Nariah tells me it’s totally fine to drive my children back and fourth from the cities and not to worry my warranty will cover this repair and we can get it scheduled to be fixed... (I don’t feel I should need this in the first place) Being Saturday they didn’t have anybody in the shop at that time. So we leave with the jeep again until Monday after work as discussed. Well now I’m paying closer attention and looking much harder at the vehicle obviously. Tires had dry rot in front and close to no tread and the back were only in slightly better condition although they claim it is within parameters for a used vehicle and they were 100% okay with selling the vehicle like this. In my opinion it should never have been sold in this condition in the first place. Also, Back up camera just stops working (which I later find out they were aware of and failed to disclose) They call me to ask how they can make things right. I’m so upset at this point that I simply tell them I need to take some time to cool off and we can try to talk about xxxx on a different day. I return on Monday, trying to be calmer this time and with Ryan the sales rep was more than capable. As soon as the previous mentioned manager comes out and brings his attitude and his snide remarks I lost the strength to compose myself. He was rude, disrespectful, and quite frankly an xxxxxxx. He greets me outside with “ Oh hi, hope we’re in a better mood today” 😳😠😡 After hours in the above 90 degrees and my complete disgust with the professionalism and complete disrespect of this establishment and multiple declined offers of ways to right the wrongs I was finally able to get them to agree to take the jeep back and cancel the purchase all together after bringing up lemon law and BBB despite that I did LOVE the vehicle itself. Nightmare experience buying a vehicle and I would NOT recommend coming here to anybody else under any circumstances. More

We appreciated the honest, upfront numbers and the great personalities and sense of humor of staff. Drew did an amazing job of coordinating the sale and trade-in. He worked quickly and was flexible with us since we were in a bit of a time crunch due to our work schedules. Scott and Alisha did a great job of crunching numbers, explaining them, and looking out for our best interests. Of all the cars we’ve bought over the years from various dealerships, this has definitely been our best experience, and we look forward to being customers at Chippewa Valley Mazda for years to come! I get a call from Nathan saying it was sold on Thursday 15 mins before I got there. Mazda wasted so much of my time between not working and having to drive as well as fuel being used. I'm not upset about the vehicle being sold I'm upset over the fact no one called me or talked to me Friday morning. I got hit with the classic "Sorry it was sold, but we have other vehicles." I went for a very specific vehicle, and its insulting to hear that phrase constantly being used. Just know if you make an appointment in advance don't expect it to be there or them contacting you that it has been. More
