From the moment of my first call, the guys at Chignoli Auto were super helpful and very considerate. When I called and said I was going to stop in to view a certain truck, they had the truck moved inside Auto were super helpful and very considerate. That was really appreciated because the weather was terrible! Upon our arrival, we found everyone there super friendly and eager to assist in any way. We were thrilled with the quality of the vehicle and were able to come to a mutually agreeable price. GREAT people to deal with -- I highly recommend!!! More

If you are looking for a nice selection of cars, and friendly, fair, professional service, this is the place! I have visited other car dealerships, but I always return to Chignoli Auto, where I find wh friendly, fair, professional service, this is the place! I have visited other car dealerships, but I always return to Chignoli Auto, where I find what I am looking for. My job requires a fairly long commute, so I need a car that is both sturdy and reliable on one hand, yet good on gas mileage on the other. Jim Chignoli seems to always have several fairly-priced vehicles on hand that meet this criteria. I just recently bought my fifth car from Chignoli Auto (Ford, Toyota, etc.) and every car I've bought has made it to 160,000 to 190,000 miles, with NEVER a major or costly problem. I highly recommend Chignoli Auto. More

When I'm looking for a gently pre-driven car, I rarely look any farther than Chignoli Auto Sales. This is the 3rd car I've bought from this dealership and I have yet to be disappointed. Purchasing a car from Chignoli is like purchasing a car from a trusted family member. They make it as painless as possible and a first-class experience from the first test drive to the final deal. Stone cold the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure to deal with! I have purchased two cars from them in the last year and will not hesitate to buy a third. If the deal doesn't won't they will fix it. If you have questions ....they will rectify them. If you are dissatisfied... they will satisfy you. Joe, Jim, Gregg and the whole crew go out of there way to not let you feel foolish. No stupid questions... they want you informed about your purchase and comfortable. I have been searching the web sights looking for a Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I found one at Chignoli Auto in Joliet Illinois. I sent a e-mail to let them know that i had a interest in that Jeep. I got a phone Wrangler Sahara. I found one at Chignoli Auto in Joliet Illinois. I sent a e-mail to let them know that i had a interest in that Jeep. I got a phone call from Greg Chignoli the following Monday morning. What a great guy to talk with. I made a appointment . My wife and I went there to look at the Jeep that Monday afternoon. It was beautiful. I had a truck to trade in. I felt that the trade in price and the price for the Jeep was great. We bought that Jeep.The sales staff at Ghignoli is fantasic. Stopped in on a rainy Wednesday night because I was looking for something with better fuel economy. I figured that noone would come out to help me. He was patient and willing to let me test drive several different models without ever asking if I was going to buy one. They gave me a good price on my trade and a great price on my new kia. I am extremely satisified with the whole experience and I loved being able to buy a car in the same town that I live. I will definitely be a repeat customer of Gregg's and look forward to the next car purchase I make at Chignoli. More
