I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. When I wanted something that they didn't have on their lot, Gregg did some searching and found exactly what I was looking for. The whole staff there is very friendly and they make it a very pleasant experience working with them. I recommend them to everyone I know that is looking for a vehicle. Fantastic Dealer I purchased a Ford Explorer from this Dealer my first dealing with them. First I called to verify if car was still there since I live in Indiana and to ask about the cosmetic condition because it was my main concern ( the car was under manufacturer warranty ) my call was handle by Joe and he was completely honest and told me about some minor details on the car and when I went to test drive the car I went on my work clothes( Dirty ) I was expecting some discrimination but to my surprise they treat me with respect and professionalism,price quality and everything you expect from a reputable dealer . GREAT EXPERIENCE I am 82 years old and this is the FIRST time I have ever purchased a USED car. I knew from their reputation that I would find a car I would like and I am 82 years old and this is the FIRST time I have ever purchased a USED car. I knew from their reputation that I would find a car I would like and a price that would be acceptable. I found both to be true. I love the Ford Escape (Limited) that they had available. Gregg was fantastic to deal with. I did not have to barter back and forth for a good deal. Gregg came up with an acceptable figure immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend Chignoli Auto to anyone. I also know that if I need any help in understanding any of the functions of the car I need only to give them a call and anyone of them would be more than happy to assist me.
