Relaxed, no pressure environment! My husband said, (as we were leaving the dealership) "That was painless!". And I agreed! We saw the vehicle we liked and were allowed to test drive i My husband said, (as we were leaving the dealership) "That was painless!". And I agreed! We saw the vehicle we liked and were allowed to test drive it without a salesperson present. That was important because it allowed us to critique the vehicle privately. When we brought in the truck that we would be trading in, our salesman, Gregg Chignoli, didn't point out any flaws (even though it was 12 years old and had 140,000.00 miles on it). Instead he said it was in pretty good shape, and he ended up giving us a very fair trade-in value. We felt that Gregg was very flexible during the negotiating process. The atmosphere at Chignoli's is definitely one that represents family. Everyone was very personable, and the other sales people even helped get our new vehicle ready to go. From what I understand, the majority of the people that work there are part of the Chignoli Family, and it shows! They are just all-around nice people and nice people to do business with!!!
