We were given a very fair trade in value for our old vehicle....we were treated with kindness and respect from the sales team of Gregg and Marc Chignoli.........we were not pressured, hounded or rushed to purchase........all of our questions were carefully answered and none were overlooked.....the staff was friendly, professional and made us feel welcome......and lastly, I know from hearing from others that have purchased from Chignoli Auto, that if there is a concern or problem in the future, it will be answered or taken care of without any hassle.....I truly believe that this overall experience that my family had, has been top notch and made us all feel like we were more than just a sale. Very happy with Chignoli Auto I first purchased a vehicle from Chignoli Auto in Joliet just over ten years ago. Since then my family and I have purchased a total of 13 vehicles fro I first purchased a vehicle from Chignoli Auto in Joliet just over ten years ago. Since then my family and I have purchased a total of 13 vehicles from Chignoli. I have dealt specifically with Gregg Chignoli. I have found that Gregg Chignoli is the only person I will purchase a used vehicle from. I feel that when shopping at Chignoli I am treated respectfully, fairly, honestly and without any pressure or typical sales games that are experienced at other dealers. I feel that each purchase was a fair deal. Most if not all of their cars are priced below fair market value which makes negotiating a price nearly pain free. For my most recent purchase, my wife and I already knew what vehicle we wanted. After discussing or desires with Gregg, he set out to locate exactly what we were looking for. Also, after one of the thirteen purchases I had a small problem with something not covered by warranty. Gregg immediately requested that I bring the vehicle in so they could make the appropriate repair. I also feel that Gregg is a man of his word. If he says he will do something you can depend on him. Again, I have found that I will only purchase used vehicles from Gregg and the rest of the Chignoli team. I know of no other dealership new or used that I would even take the time to write a positive review. More
