After spending 6 weeks searching for a car we found one and more importantly Joe does not push at all to purchase. We had unfortunately been treated at other dealerships like a number by pushy sales people who just wanted a sell. Excellence in Customer Service It has been quite some time since I made my last purchase at Chignoli Auto as I was not in the market for a used vehicle until this time. There was no comparison to the dealerships where I had purchased new cars. The transaction was streamlined from beginning to end. No pressure to purchase, took the vehicle out for a test drive with Marc, returned a day later and was told to take the car out and take my time. I returned after the test drive to make my purchase which was stress free and done with ease. It took less than a 1/2 hour to complete. When I got the vehicle home I noticed some debris on the wheel wells which I could not remove, I informed Marc and he told me to bring the car back and his guys would take care of it. Which they did. Marc knew I was leaving on vacation and went above and beyond to get the vehicle taken care of before I was to leave. After dealing with a few other dealerships and having unpleasant experiences, I decided to take the trip out there after the initial conversations I've had with Marc went quite well. When I got there, Marc showed me the car, it looked great and he was 100% honest with me about the photos prior to me taking the drive and the rest of the transaction was painless as he already had me pre-approved before I got there.
