Small deposit held the car until we could fly to Chicago. Joe met us at the airport before 8:00 am. When we arrived at the dealership everything was ready for us to sign & drive. We were driving the car home in less than a half hour. Smooth transaction. No hidden charges, Joe went the extra mile tracking down the second key from the previous owner/ dealership. Key would have been expensive for us to replace. I have purchased no less than 12 cars online and none were as easy as this one with Chignoli Auto. More
