Great experience Saw the car we wanted online and after some straight forward negotiations with Joe we reached an agreement. No pressure to buy. Small deposit held the car until we could fly to Chicago. Joe met us at the airport before 8:00 am. When we arrived at the dealership everything was ready for us to sign & drive. We were driving the car home in less than a half hour. Smooth transaction. No hidden charges, Joe went the extra mile tracking down the second key from the previous owner/ dealership. Key would have been expensive for us to replace. I have purchased no less than 12 cars online and none were as easy as this one with Chignoli Auto. More
