I came to the dealership at 10 am and it took till 12pm then it took 2 hours to get it fixed. Then just took over $400 to pay for the repair just for one little piece. Have always received superb customer service in the service department at this dealership. I live closer to the Gainesville dealership, but the customer service in the service department has always lef service department at this dealership. I live closer to the Gainesville dealership, but the customer service in the service department has always left me underwhelmed. I will spend the extra time to drive to Chiefland. Nancy was a huge help and very knowledgeable on the issue with my vehicle. She had me in and out in no time. More

Helena in service was very polite! The other woman in service was extremely RUDE! Talking over me and suggesting I needed to do EGR service on my Ram when it’s a self cleaning system f The other woman in service was extremely RUDE! Talking over me and suggesting I needed to do EGR service on my Ram when it’s a self cleaning system for one and having the audacity to charge nearly $1600. When checked with another dealer their price was half that, never mind reminding me that a 22 Ram is self cleaning! More
