Their service charges, will make me think twice, next time I shop for a new car. They did oil & filter/ tire rotation. Pricy, but I guess that’s how it is. It had a fresh, check engine light. I had to come back for a second appointment. They couldn’t find a problem, but refastened the gas cap. They tried to charge me $100. I involved sales, at which time they dropped the charges. Apparently, if they can’t duplicate the problem, you pay 1/2 any way. Having been trained as a factory mechanic, I realize, there are many times they get flat rate for a repair, that may take considerably less time. I think they can well afford to take care of the customer, in a case like this. After I complained, they dropped the charge, but was sure to tell me next time I will pay. I guess I expected better care, for a car, considering all the extra padding dealers charge when you buy their car, I even bought the extended warrantee. The car just reached 20,000 miles. More

Everyone was very helpful when we purchased our Ionic 6. Trading in two vehicles is difficult but everything worked out fine. The people at this dealership were excellent with communication from day one! I never felt pressured and never felt like I was taken advantage of.
