We were THIS close to leaving Finance manager was rude. In the negotiation process, he came out and basically told us if we didn't like the deal, we could leave. Fantastic Dealership Tyler and Adrin were absolutely what a customer is looking for when they are shopping for cars. Not pushy, aggressive, or just trying to get a sale. I visited another dealer in Chico and the salespeople were uninformed about their product, and seemed like they just wanted me to sit down with their finance person and get the sale done with no regard for the fact that I wanted to see some other makes/models. When I went to Chico Nissan, I didn't really think that I wanted the Hyundai Sonata, but Tyler and Adrin were so relaxed and genuinely friendly that I ended up falling in love with the Sonata as well as the buying experience there. Other dealerships promised me better deals, but I passed them up for the great experience at Chico Nissan/Hyundai. More
