When I brought it to the attention of my salesperson, Tyler, he made sure to give me an appointment to take care of it quickly, so my new cat would be perfect. Brian in the paint department was absolutely wonderful! After touching up the paint scrape, it didn't look quite right to him, and he then sought and received authorization to "fix it right" by sanding and filling the scrape mark so the repair is perfect. We were THIS close to leaving Finance manager was rude. In the negotiation process, he came out and basically told us if we didn't like the deal, we could leave.
