good service/long wait The service was good. They actually held the car we already knew we wanted for a week, which was nice. I gave all my info and my credit was run over The service was good. When we arrived at the dealership we have to fill out credit apps again in writing, which was kind of ridiculous. In this day and age could it not have been done on a computer. We told the salesman we were extremely hungry as we had traveled over six hours to the dealership. They kept telling us we were almost done. If they had been honest about the time it was really going to take and let us go get something to eat and then come back and finish it would have been nice. John called and emailed us after to follow up which was a nice touch. More

Making it right - making it perfect After I got my new vehicle home, I noticed a small paint scrape on the lower front bumper. When I brought it to the attention of my salesperson, Tyle After I got my new vehicle home, I noticed a small paint scrape on the lower front bumper. When I brought it to the attention of my salesperson, Tyler, he made sure to give me an appointment to take care of it quickly, so my new cat would be perfect. Brian in the paint department was absolutely wonderful! After touching up the paint scrape, it didn't look quite right to him, and he then sought and received authorization to "fix it right" by sanding and filling the scrape mark so the repair is perfect. Thanks!! Chico Hyundai is a great place to purchase a vehicle. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional.
