Deceptive sales tactics! If you do purchase a vehicle at north side Toyota, check the contract before signing. Stuart my salesman decided for me to get a $2K paint protection plan as well as VIN etching whi north side Toyota, check the contract before signing. Stuart my salesman decided for me to get a $2K paint protection plan as well as VIN etching which most cars come with because the dealer protects their cars on the lot for another $300. He tried to sneak in an extra $2300 on the price to pad his commission and had the nerve to tell me he didn’t mean to be deceptive by any means. Stuart was very efficient prior to making a sale and disappears after, he promised to set up my appointment for remote start and suddenly can’t talk. I was lucky to have another salesperson assist me. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer and stay away from Stuart. More

Emergency Servcie Dashboard light came on, I contacted Bill and was informed to bring it to the shop. He had one of the service team members to look to see what the pr Dashboard light came on, I contacted Bill and was informed to bring it to the shop. He had one of the service team members to look to see what the problem was. once identified, he advised me of what the problem was and what we could do to correct it. Repairs were make and everything is running great now. More

Overrated. Overcharged. I went for the discounted offer. End up paying 7 times more. Apparently the services i had received could be done in much lower charge.
